Just curious after listening to this video? Jackie mentions she uses her experience and stats to win over a deal. A lot of your followers and those that sign up for training are new agents. How does one navigate the inexperience with no stats to back themselves? Everyone has to start somewhere with no listings, no sales no experience under their belt? Would like to see a role play on this type of scenario. Thank you, enjoyed watching.

On the Upswing/Downswing thing, there is an argument to be had on upswings being more beneficial than downswings in certain situations, like when you want them to give you a no to something. A no can open up a yes.
I’m concerned also about asking the seller who they are interviewing since I am a new agent and have no listings or sales. How am I going to compete against other known agents in the area. What can I say to address that objection?
I'm a new agent as well and I'm told new agents should lean heavily on the experience and success of their agency. Hype up your agency's success and the fact that you're associated with them.
That's completely dependent on you, the work you put in practicing the scripts, your market and your locality. The important thing is to track your progress so that you'll know this information and improve upon it gradually.

Great question! Things have definitely normalized out there and we have strategies for every market condition. If you've gotten your license, click on the link in the Description and we can discuss them!
Display value and when they don't see value in you pull out the other agents stats and crap on them. Horrible rebuttal terrible. Everytime I hear a coach say " look the agent up etc" that's got to be painful for new agents ! So coach after your new agent gets crapped on for being new. What rebuttal do you recommend your new agent say. It's really borderline unethical to do that to your fellow agent honestly.
You handed her layups. You didn't give in easily, though. The root cause of all of those objections should have been addressed instead of answering every objection.

You are apart of a brokerage. When you obtain a listing, it is essentially being represented by the brokerage. Use your brokerage stats.
