I’m scrolling through Zillow and mls but maybe I just don’t know where to look. Again .. thanks for your content I am so glad I found this and EXP.

A lot of different resources out there like Mojo as well as the two you list here. I would say start with what works for your 2024 budget and do it for at least 90 days straight. BUT, you have to REALLY commit to the process and stick to it to actually understand if it's a tool/resource that works for you!
