he made fried rice without soy sauce and msg. he makes ramen without ramen noodles but soba noodles. he made Thai green curry with no green at all. and now making butter chicken without butter and india. He made Butter chicken without butter. What he made is somewhat similar to what we make at home (Chicken Masala), but it is not butter chicken.

So glad to have the two sisters back together! :-) Apparently Jamie can cook Italian, as that is how he was trained, but everything else he just wings it. Mastering one major cuisine doesn’t automatically make you a master of anything else.

First of all, Mango Chutney is a bloody condiment, & Jamie Olive Oil should already know this, in fact everyone knows that Mango Chutney is a condiment, all except Jamie Olive Oil. Why would anyone put Mango Chutney in Butter Chicken? Does Jamie Olive Oil even know what Indian Cuisine is? If Jamie Olive Oil can't take the heat, then he shouldn't be cooking spicy food.
We coloured people, have grown up with spicy food, so our taste buds are much more diverse than the western pallette. That's just a mild way of saying it. I don't know how else I can say it, without sounding too offensive to white people like Jamie. If he's gonna cook food, that is NOT native to western cooking, then for the love of god, at least get it right the first time. But we all know that's wishful thinking, thinking Jamie will use the original ingredients. He always has to butcher national dishes of other countries, & 1,000,000% of the time, it always turns out disgusting, because he completely massacres our national dishes we all grew up on. Now, I don't know about anyone else, but, whenever I see a western chef cooking non western food, it always makes me nervous, at the back of my mind, I keep thinking or expecting a unusual ingredient to be thrown into the food. Anyways, ♥️ your channel, ♥️ your reactions to Uncle Roger.
