You know what i just realised... Jamie Olivers name has both Jam and Olive in it...
Fun fact: chicken breast is ok for butter chicken, uncle Roger just say its wrong because he doesnt believe that Jamie Olive oi can cook the chicken right so he just tried to give Jamie a sefer path to go :)))
Some india fw chief did teach him to make this dish very good, yet he wants healthy food and cant handened a bite of spices. So keep on play around withe food.
Butterless chicken HAIYAA!! I think Jamie is missing some basic stuff
Marinade: Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric
Gravy: onions, cashew paste, fenugreek, butter, cream for finishing... he should blend the gravy and strain it back in the pan
I think Butter Chicken would pair with roti or naan, not rice (that is for something like Chicken Tikka Masala)... HAIYAA Jamie Olive Oil

TBF I'm not sure how you could be called a chef in the first place if you can't well... *cook* , kind of the main thing about being a chef 😂. Yeah not sure if Jamie should be considered a chef at this point, Gordon is just better.

In Greece, sometimes we have legume dishes, including chickpea soup and we sometimes add rice to it and it changes the flavor so if you got any leftover, it doesn't feel as much like it.
But yeah, curry with chickpeas, nobody does that.
What I fiund amusing is that he put the tomatos in the pan on the vine becuase he forgot to take them off. Then he took them out and removed them from the vine, but left all the green stalks on for some reason and esentially had to do the same step twice 😆

This HAS to be scripted. the more I see these kind of cooking videos the more I tend to believe that these 'professional' chefs simply DON'T even KNOW how to cook at all. if they can't even get the basics of their dishes down.
He can not stand the spices,there is a lady cook teach him how to cook this dish, but he wanted to do his own things by healthy way and no spices is allow. Go and get that video than you will see what i said. After managio chanay he use it in evey curry disges.
