- This is the first episode of the journey this rusted 1965 Mustang fastback will embark on. In this episode we completely gutted every part of the exterior and interior. The end goal for this car is to be a brand new car with a new chance at life.

Love the video, keep up the great work. Can’t wait to see what this car looks like when it’s done! 🏁
I'm In. Let's GO! I had a '65 coupe back in '73-'74. Fun car.
Awesome! Wait till you see what’s planned for this thing
It’s a 65 fastback you are way ahead of the game keep at it can’t wait to see it done
Appreciate it!
Exciting build!
Can't wait to see another build video. Keep it up 👍
Thank you for the positive feedback.
Maybe some radiator stop leak material.
Ah possibly, didn’t think of that
Let’s see who finishes their build first, your mustang or my challenger.
Challenge accepted! This car is projected to be done middle to end of 25.
@@fasthausmotorsports mine has to be driving by the 8th of Aug, but to be actually finished will be sometime next year as well. I will be watching your build.
yerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Yup just like my rebuild, lots of rust on the floor and rocker panels. I'm on 2000 hours + and still going good luck. You got a fastback Wooo Hooo, mines just a coupe 289 with a 302 crank rotating assembly and beefed up cam and carb and bigger exhaust and a few other tricks. if she was dynode approx. 325 HP. Good on ya Fuk Ya Mustang.
Thanks for watching everyone, Comment if you wanna see that car at the end rip
Stop leak.
Seems to me that ford mustangs are the favorite cars to neglect and not so much the camero late 60ds generation
Maybe the mustang rusted out more than chevys thay where made to be light probably thinner material very poorly built
I dont see what people see in them thay are popular out here in Australia but nowhere as good as the Australian built fords but im a gmh bloke and a bit one sided but its all in the eye of the beholder 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Fun memories, my first car was a 65 mustang, painted a 70’s Camaro for trade. Had that thing half my life until it got squished between a massive motor home and a dump truck while it was parked. Only problem I had with it was a slow drain on the battery. Turned out the horn was broken but the tab under the horn button was bent and constantly touching the column. Had many first in that car…
that’s awesome!
Well are you going to do this car correctly by drilling out the spot welds to take the roof to quarters to floors rockers all the skins off so you can take care of all the rust issues on the inside of the vehicle. Repair the panels while they're off
This car is going to be dipped, so what ever is uncovered from that, will be repaired.
@@fasthausmotorsports yes but when I was doing restoration the dipping is very good but before I took them all the skins are off the car outer rocker panels are off basically panels that was together got taken apart that way all the inner structure was exposed repaired or replaced etch primer sealed and painted and reweld it together
Your background music is terrible
what would you recommend
Pretty easy repair love the UA-cam drama
