They use a dtg printer that prints the cmyk and then they silk screen the top with a white underbase. that is supacolors printing process.... i seen the machine i forgot what it is called. but its out there for sale to the public.
@@johnxsantos I really want to get bunch of cloth from Bella canvas but don't know how. I'm nervous about that. Anybody should please help me out of this. Thanks
Good video as always. Supacolor print CMYK digital like DTF, but their white if I'm not mistaken is plastisol. That compared to DTF, DTF is all digital including white ink. Also, supacolor may be using HP latex printers (unless they have changed lately) and not Epson, DTF printers use Epson printheads and that's why DTF is super good too.
Hey there! We use the very best digital offset press technology to print every color except white. We back up our digital process with the highest quality screen printed, water-based white ink. This hybrid process of pairing digital printing with screen printing lets us take advantage of the best of both worlds.
@@Supacolor I think that what Kingdom DTF is trying to convey is that quality is neck and neck if you use the right ink, film and powder on the DTF side. There’s more than one way to slice a cat, and these two methods demonstrate that.
Really like the video but it is also bias because you are a partner with Supacolor but totally understand. The thing is that you can buy dtf transfers individually like Supacolor. DTF transfers are cheaper than Supacolor and you can’t really compare $5 vs 30k. 30k printers apply for commercial dtf printers and you can buy a commercial setup for 10k. Just do a little more research, I’d suggest joining some FB groups and getting more informed
@@johnxsantos thanks for sharing this. I appreciate it. But I think I'm having a little challenge. I'm not in the UNITED STATE 🇺🇸. I'm in Nigeria and I really need this for my cloth brand. Please 🙏 what help can you render for me? I'll 100% appreciate it. Thanks
in 2022, The best DTF printer cost 8.000 - 10.000 (4 print head i3200), not 30.000 :D. It's cheap, fast, able massive production. 1 best machine, 1 low worker can produce 3000 pieces, size 20x30cm within 8 hours. And it cost around 0,1 usd per piece 20x30cm. BUT IT'S SUCK, suck at the surface of material. And TOXIC, very TOXIC!
Cracked the code… they are hybrid screen printing transfers, LOL… the same line they all say, yet who’s paying 30k for a DTF machine? Not even 4 I3200 setups don’t cost 30k… these people pray off peoples ignorance
This channel is absolutely deluded. It's like they don't understand not everyone is an upper middle class hipster who can afford to spend $3K on a hobby. Gotta love that video of theirs _"How To Start A Clothing Brand With $0"_ then proceeds to spend $5K on a printer... According to this method you'd have to source a printer, surplus clothes, a distributor, etc. Etc. When you can literally do all this just via Printful or Printify. Why do they make it unnecessarily complicated for themselves?
SPENT HALFANHOUR REWINDING the intro so i could rap bars over the mean beat 0:18
I’ve never commented on one of Johns video but your so corny and I love it! I caught myself laughing while learning! Stellar job!!

This video is so good and funny at the same time 👍♥️♥️♥️♥️
I'm primary Sublimation and use DTF when needed.
🔥🔥🔥
It is recommended to give them 48hrs after you press before you wash
Thanks for the video. Does supacolor allow local pickup from their office in Gardena?
We do!
best heat press for home?
Do you prefer supacolor over transfer express for DTF transfers ?

Thank you for watching 🙌🏽
where did you get your beanie? & where can i get one ? lol thank you :)
Lol I thought for the hot peel transfers for supacolor, after your first peel you need to press second time for 5 seconds
yes most definitely!
No need to post press if it all lays down.
I swear sometimes Cody sounds like John Cena, and now I can’t unhear it… 😂

What if your image has Pink lines does it shoes on Supercolor
Hey John - worked with this tech about 10 years ago we partnered with Avery Denison - QQ -does it print the adhesive or is it a powder?
It’s a powder that’s used for both printing methods. Although there is a dtf powderless printer that prints the adhesive on top.
You should show an update on all the stuff you made for these videos to show durability over time.
I wanted to see the shirts final outcome 😢

Feel like that is why they are showing Supacolor and to look in to craigslist for a Heatpress. That's only a few hundred for a shot at your dream.
You need to watch the video to get the info that he shared. 🔥🔥🔥
