For the record, their shipping is NOT $5 in Canada. Its always been $6.24 Plus tax. But you mention $5 shipping in north america several times in the video..
You promote so much Bella Canvas and that company does not help small business owners, if you do not have the resale certificate from you state they do not even show you their prices, while some other companies sell to you without it and have not problem, companies like SHIRTSPACE and JIFFY SHIRTS . so you should not promote them or be clear saying not for startup business.. I''m sorry I know you spend time on this videos but try to be more clear

You always want to use Vector artwork, raster is not ideal when it comes to digital printing and passing artwork to various machines etc
