@@K1ng_ib do not turbo it the cvt trans cannot handle the power. However a cold air intake wouldn’t add much but 2-3 hp sadly altimas aren’t very fast. I know a few 3.5s that are admin tuned. Follow me on Instagram for more info @altimadan
Let go of the gas when you shift I got a 2008 Nissan Altima tunned pushin 215hp everytime I shift I let go of gas and shift it backfired hella with flames and then gas it again
Just for clarification, this is not a straight pipe. It is a cat back exhaust. Straight pipe means removing mufflers, resonators, and the catalytic converters. Cat back exhaust means muffler and resonator delete.
Don’t get me wrong .. it’s sounds nice af and looks good btw. But for this particular car the speed/Sound ratio doesn’t add up 😭🥴 unless you modify it. But there’s only so much u can do to a 2.5 L engine without blowing it up . Could do an engine swap but atp you’d be better off getting a new faster car 😅 Ps. This is coming from an Altima owner himself 🛠💪🏽

Do you have a sound clip of you driving it in non manual mode? Having a hard time deciding to do it because of the cvt transmission and it probably gets annoying driving it in manual mode all the time.

Every car is slighty different even if its set up the same. I've been wanting to try this kind of set up on my Altima but I am scared because I know damn well it's not going to sound the same 😆

I just got a muffler delete. Sounds good. But I need it louder.. time to go back for the resonator Edit; 7 months later I’ve come to accept that it sounds like shit. Unless you have $1000 for a exhaust system, don’t muffler delete or resonator delete, you’ll just sound like a swarm of bees
You should just get everything straight pipe under your vehicle if you get the muffler delete and the resonator remove it will save you some money and just get the welder to put your muffler tips back on

Sounds perfect and people actually respect it because it is not a sport car but not too loud but not quiet. its perfect.

Muffler delete sounds good on UA-cam but as soon as you do it tour car it’s the biggest mistake and the car next to you sounds like heaven making you embarrassed

Just for clarification, this is not a straight pipe. It is a cat back exhaust. Straight pipe means removing mufflers, resonators, and the catalytic converters. Cat back exhaust means muffler and resonator delete.

No, the newer one simulate shifts. I have a 2019 and it simulates A8 speed transmission.
