Ingredients::
Eggplant- 2
Garlic cloves- 7-8
Oil- 3-4 tbspn
Cumin seeds- 1 tbspn
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/8th tsp
Carom seeds- 1/4th tsp
Curry leaves- few
Onion- 2
Tomato- 2
Green chillies- 2-3
Salt to taste
Garam masala-1 tsp
Chopped Cilantro
