I'm going to an event which should last several hours and I woke up too late this morning. It's good to have workout vids like these so I can squeeze them in.
i’ve been doing this workout for 1 month and i have great results. My muscles grow bigger. I have fat in my thighs so it doesn’t show when i stand, but when i walk it shows. As a basketball player, my legs got stronger and also it made me run faster than i used to run! I will be doing this workout till my muscles will show normally. I will edit this comment after 2 weeks and we’ll see if i’ll have better results

Day 1- January, 3, 2022: Today’s my first day doing this work out and I liked it a lot I think my legs will be sore tomorrow Because they are burning right now! Day 2- January, 4, 2022- I did the workout again today and my legs were really sore but I still did it. I am going to keep going! Day 3- January, 5, 2022- I did the workout again today! My legs are very sore but I think they will start to get less sore. I will most likely do it again tomorrow Day 4- January, 6, 2022: I did it again today and my legs are dying, like everyday I do this they get even more sore but I do think that this workout is working because I feel the exercises getting easier! I am going to keep going and I actually really enjoy this workout! Day 5- January, 7, 2022: I did the workout again today and even though I was sore I pushed through it. Soreness= it's working so I am glad. I really like this workout and I will be for sure tomorrow! Day 6- January, 8, 2022: I did the workout today and it was pretty hard because I also had a basketball game and my legs were REALLY sore. It was a good workout though and I can feel my legs getting stronger. Day 7- January, 8, 2022: My legs were SO sore today but I think that they will begin to feel less sore soon. I did the workout again today so that is good. Keep going everyone! Day 8- January, 9, 2022: I did it again today Day 9- January, 10, 2022: I had to skip because i wasn’t feeling well Day 10- January, 11, 2022: IM BACK Day 11- January, 12, 2022: I skipped it Day 12- January, 13, 2022: Back for good

Hey ! I am a trans man ( female to male ) and I decided to go and show my progress under this video , in a day I workout my arms , legs and abs. This is really difficult for me to do exercices as I suffer from a lack of iron but here I am , not giving up! Day 1 : gosh I think I almost die.. 😧 I thought legs were easier but oh my gosh 😭 but anyway it's was Lowkey hard but fine. And obviously no result since I just started.

You can workout one body part per day or two if you like. It all depends on you and you repeat the cycle over and over again
Workout both body parts push yourself but make sure two take at least one rest day in the week

Workouts that are body weight can still do good with keeping them conditioned if you miss. So yes.
