I’m 14 and trying to chase my dream to become a pro motocross racer and that requires to become fit. I’m a pretty chubby kid and only started motocross a year ago and I’ve been practicing as much as I can to be better. I never really had any support from anybody and no one cared about my dream because they think it’s not possible. I was tired of being out of shape and people thinking I have no chance because I started at a late age to be a pro racer. I’m came here to prove them wrong to get fit and faster. These vids are helping a ton and I’m so determined to achieve my dream. Keep up the vids they help a ton. (This is my first week by the way so wish me luck😁🤙)

@@marius2643 Take a piece of advice from me a 23 year old...the best thing you can do for your body is to eat right, not drink too much in your 20's, and make moderate exercise a part of your daily routine. Unless you are planning on a career as an athlete, don't worry about getting big for the sake of getting big. It will come if you generally take care of your body. Some of my good friends who were like this at 15 have lost it all because they made it unsustainable in the long run. Plus believe me, it doesn't matter nearly as much as you think whether you have a rippling six pack or not. People are attracted to confidence and wholesomeness. If you take care of yourself with a genuine attempt at self improvement , that confidence will come in spades.

Thank you so much! Monday/Thursday mornings I do “10 minute leg workout,” Tuesdays/Friday mornings I do “10 minute ab workout” and all four of those days I do this in the afternoon! It’s only been a week but I feel a lot stronger and the exercises are getting easier. Wednesday’s/weekends are my rest days and I think I’ll like this routine!
Joe Cooler Well my legs look a lot better, definitely not defined or anything as that will take months, but I went down from a 30 waist down to a 28. Also, my abs are slightly visible and when you flex them they are well defined, having them like that 24/7 will take a LOT longer. I loved the routine, just make sure to eat some sort of protein
i have this fraser week routine mon chest tues legs abs for wed and thurs for back ang lower abs for friday, i'd like to do it every morning and put some hiit workout on the afternoon, was that a good idea or i should do the workout for morning 2-3 times a day?

But your videos made it into a playlist of other videos I use to help me create a routine. I gotta be honest. I worked out before. It's only this time I'm keeping up, I'm one week in :)

Your videos are sooo inspiring, I always play them when I procrastinate with my training sessions, so I need a little boost of motivation. Great content, thank you. I have a suggestion: I find your instruction to make a mind-muscle connection very useful for a begginer like me, but it's not always clear to me which muscle/group I should focus on. Can you make a small graph or something, along with every exercise, that illustrates the targeted muscle/group? It would be so helpful.

To be 100% honest Fraser I have been watching you for almost a year now, this workout after putting it to the test, didn’t really target my chest, I know with no equipment there wasn’t much to work with here. But I still gained some muscle activation mainly just in my back and abs but I still watch you, just feel like it wasn’t really a chest workout.
