I’m not extremely fit however I’ve lost the weight I need to get a decent enough six pack so I’m starting your six pack workout as well along with this workout however this workout was very difficult for me since pushups are my main weakness and at most I can do about 25 at once before my arms give way (maybe 30 if a really pushed myself even more) my arms were starting to shake (given I did to 4 sets 10 bicep curls with a 14kg dumbbell per hand (I’m not trying to show off I promise since i don’t think that’s impressive but it’s normal for me) so my muscles and arms were already tired...I’m hoping I can get better at this workout and I’m hoping It helps my chest 😂.
Il probably edit this commentain about a month or two to tell anyone if I’ve improved and can do this workout easier.
