- Full Workout (this one gets me every time)
I decided to drop a workout here a few times a week.
These are full versions.
We called this
The Gladiator (it crushes me)
Power Cleans/Ring Dips/400m run
Decreasing reps and increasing weight with a 400m run between each round
10 x 95 lbs
10 Dips
9 x 115 lbs
9 Dips
Etc…
I ended at:
1 x 215 lbs
1 Dip
Their are a lot of 40 year old adolescent males obsessed with being the worst version of themselves.
Hiding behind excuses
- no gym
- no trainer
- no time
- no instructions
Listen, I rolled out of the hospital in a wheelchair after a cancer tumor was pulled out of my chest two years ago.
I lost a lung, all my muscle, and I felt like a liability to my wife and kids, and I fking hated it.
I had to rebuild my entire life.
My wife and I built an 8 figure company from scratch that began while I was in the hospital with tubes coming out of my chest.
I struggled for an entire year against myself,
in that gym every day for two hours a day,
and I’ve never missed a day.
It always sucked.
Yes, I train every fking day.
I don’t give a fk about your excuses,
I care about you being the best version of yourself.
Start somewhere.
Lift something.
Just start.
If you’re here to troll or make excuses about the workout or just trash talk because you’re living at the bottom and want to stay there…

For years I threw away my life in a deep depression. Got up to 300lbs (probably close to my death bed) and was practically destitute. Something lit up in me and I started carnivore diet, lost 100 pounds, got a job and the last 2 month started crossfit. Now I am in no way at Trevor's level physically or mentally, I am brick by brick going in that direction (hell i cant even do a proper power clean yet) but its amazing how far ive come in just a couple years especially seeing where I started. Trust me you dont want to be that low its like living in hell. My advice is simply to start where you are, dont compare yourself to others and be consistent. Just keep going. My direction right now is to restore my life and to be honest its starting with being consistent, and learning that I can have confidence and trust myself. Been going to church once a week, my job, trying to connect with others, restoring family relationships and now crossfit.
That's great! Glad you put that in there. Somewhere someone might be going through what you've been through. Hopefully they see this and get fired up enough to crawl out of their hell. We all have our place in life.
Used to do this kind of thing but shoulder just can't take it. Tried all rehab and three surgeries, PRP class4 laser , prolo, but nothing worked, also tried lots of Trev's "2 minutes" helped a bit but not enough.
Can't do a push up pain free, used to do alot. Still workout but have to work around / guard against the shoulder being twinged 😢
