Just did your shoulder videos and mobility and range of motion and pain thresholds increased exponentially. In all seriousness, I really like the workouts you suggest and do them from time to time but I don't want to be this serious. Maybe sincere, yes. My favourite is Thrusters, Pull Ups and Crunches one.

Joining you in the CrossFit gym and learning from you sometimes was a real highlight for me. Dude what happened you don’t seem at all happy. I have a hard time reconciling the person you were and who you seem to be now. If it’s the keyboard warriors or haters…..fuck em. Hope off screen everything is going great for you.
I woke up missing a lung after cancer surgery and realized I was a liability to my wife and kids, and how soft and weak the mindset is in a lot of society and now call you out. The truth stings to those hiding behind their lack of accountability.
i believe he is legitimately angry at some people... but hes clearly unaware how his angry behaviour shows his deep seeded insecurity and child like nature.. its sad but hes clearly in need of a positive life outlook.
