Incredible, you are doing exactly my exercises routine. I see you are including vertical pressing (Pike PU), which are often neglected by most.
Personally I train everything on rings. Regarding dips, I prefer to maintain the forward lean and the legs in pike position (straight at 45° degree towards down) throughout the movement. This mean you get a pseudo planche PU on the top. Leaning and than straighting up the back, although legal in competitions, is actually a compensation (since you are moving less your center of mass). I don't train planche. Here is my intermediate Heavy workout:
1x8 Cossak Squats + 25kg vest (Leg: squatting)
1x8 Hollow Ring Chin Up (Vertical pull)
1x8 Box eleveted Ring Pike Push Up (Vertical Push)
1x8 Single leg RDLs (Legs: hinging)
1x8 Arched Back Pull up (Horizontal Pull)
1x8 Forward lean Ring Dips (Horizontal Push)
3 min rest between sets. 2 reps in reserve.
I alternate this with a lighter workout, in which I train regressions on 12 reps, 2 min rests and 1 rep in reserve.
