No need to fearmonger. The metals just come from the natural cotton it's made of, because, like any plant, it absorbs minerals from the ground. There's no evidence to suggest that the metals have any adverse effects and if there are, difficulty training should be the least of your worries. Besides, the caption makes no sense, if the metals do provide adverse effects it would be due to the slow poisoning through absorption, it wouldn't spike during your period because of the tampon, periods just inherently cause fatigue.

A 'girl with no bent arm strength' ... You mean a 'girl with no strength'
What do you mean by that? Being able to hold a handstand is extremely impressive and definitely requires strength, and so what if she can't do a handstand pushup yet? She's obviously working towards it
The main part of a handstand isn't strength, it is balance/stability. You can be weak and hold a handstand @@bangtanblinkmultistan
@@TheCrazyKid9800 ok but even so, there's no evidence to say she doesn't have any strength like you said in your original comment

thank you so much for posting this! I cant wait for your app to come out <3 i would love to see a video on tips for mobility for the handstand or other skills in general. i know for myself personally I do well in the strength area, but my mobility routines and knowledge are lacking
