I was harder, my knee worked so no more knee brace, no ingrown toenail issues, etc. 2 years of wearing a knee brace calorie restricting and after a year of keto doing jumping squats with a medicine ball at high intensity. I'll stick with keto/carb cycling. Right now I'm losing like a pound a day but i feel like i shouldn't be because of my butter, dark chocolate fudge experiments. Still losing somehow not even trying.
