I've done a lot of research on calorie density, as well as watched several videos. While all of the information that I've seen thus far is good, THIS video is the best one yet. In true Dillan form, he not only educates, he entertains, and he gets to the point, so as not to bore you. Great job!!!!! 😊
Very well-done explanation of Calorie Density. It's the only diet...no....way of eating I've found to lose weight and keep it off permanently. By staying at 600 calories per lb or less and avoiding the 'temptatious' foods, I'm achieving those goals. Thank you for all you do, you're the best!

I have been eating very healthy like in your videos for a long time and then I stopped because of the pressure of friends and family, and I looked like a weirdo to them because I was taking care so much care for my healthy diet and sometimes even was preparing my own meals for group meeting. For the last few weeks it’s been so bad becouse even though I ate vegan it wasn’t healthy. since yesterday I’m starting to coming back to my ideas and purpose which was to be healthy and not harm animals. Thank you so much for your words. You have no idea how much I vibe with your style of talking and making videos. I’m so happy for you and you family to be living this way

I already know about calorie density. I'm watching this because I've fallen back into the "deep dark hole" of vegan processed food and and am trying to crawl my way back out. It's gotten to the point where low density fruit and veg don't taste good anymore. I know my palate will change. This video was useful and knowledgable. I also love your sense of humor, and how you own up to junk food and binge behavior. You're not like "I'm perfect. I never have problems with X food." Subscribed.

I enjoyed your video, but I have the opposite issue than most people. I had an Esophagectomy and can’t eat a high volume diet. I need to eat small meals. The thought of eating 6+ meals in order to meet my caloric requirements is overwhelming. I’m not vegan/vegetarian, but I’m willing to try a plant-based diet. My goal is body recomposition. (I’m already at a low weight, but I need to lose body fat and build muscle/get toned.)

Hi there. Thanks! Your videos are very helpful. I am hoping you can explain something for me. I follow a WFPB diet and I struggle to lose weight (i am also 48 and a mom). My husband eats fat, fat, fat...like all day...he is not vegan. An omnivore. Oils, nuts, full fat dairy, etc. But started this keto thing and has lost 30 pounds. I know it isn’t healthy, but I just don’t understand how he can eat so much saturated fat and still be losing weight. I don’t think he is still in ketosis, because he does eat carbs with dinner. Can you explain this to me?? I just don’t get it.
I hear that stuff all the time too. Just because my face was less padded with rounded fat stores, it made me look older. Turned out they were just not used to the look of a square face/jaw on me and would agree now that I look a lot better than I ever looked before.
Regarding the salt thing Growing up I remember being told just the opposite. Also turns out Irregardless is a work, it is just a very old work and usually not used correctly these days.
I'm coming off my third pregnancy, and have about 40 pounds to lose to get down to my ideal weight. When I got pregnant I was down 30 pounds from where I am now (got there using calorie density, with help from your videos! 💪). But, then I got pregnant and was sick a bunch with morning sickness, and was afraid I wouldn't gain weight as you obviously need to when pregnant😂😂 so I got in the habit of eating way too much nut butters/dates, and now here I am 8 months postpartum, starting again. I haven't strayed from WFPB no oil, but I recently had to be honest with myself that breastfeeding doesn't mean I can eat whole bags of dried mangoes and dates and dark vegan chocolate with abandon. Sigh. Got to recalibrate my brain, and eat those starches and veggies and fruits.

I find that sprinkling the nuts/seeds onto a salad or into a smoothie works the best to help me from overeating them 👍🏻
Nuts and seeds are the one thing I portion out. Soooo easy to eat a little to much. I would rather portion than give up lol
