    Thank you so much for having me on the platform bro! 👊🏾 I'm honoured to have had the opportunity to share my story with the baby fathers platform

    I definitely commend and respect Simple for sharing his story and taking accountability for your actions. Your ability to reflect and come up with solutions instead of blaming and running away is amazing. Respect to you.

    Genius!! Respect to this guy admitting his mistakes and holding himself accountable. Also shout out to him for being smart enough to have a contract.

      Kudos to the brother. However the smarter thing to have done would be to protect himself by strapping up. The contract is meaningless and will not stand up in a court of law.
      The cycle continues...men should learn to see red flags from the outset...

    All men should take notes on this and write a contract. Very smart kudos to him. I like how he took accountability

      Thank you, I think I watched too many scenarios play out where a father wasn't prepared and I thought it was better to prepare

    What a smart, inspirational and sensible man. I started out with doubts, dismissed him as the typical, black absent father. I apologise. I was proven wrong. This man is a credit to all the adults in his life who were responsible for raising him, and his daughter is blessed to have such a caring and present father. The black community needs more examples like him.

      Thank you for your comment, I do think we have to be careful online to not judge people so quickly but equally I knew sharing my story would put me in the open for criticism. I only hope that this can help other fathers to see that it is possible to sometimes resolve things without going court 🙏🏾

      Interesting comment. Black men are the butt if tropes, however no one lays criticism for the female that brings a child into this world outside the confines of matrimony.

    I have enjoyed this platform for 18 months now. I share this content with my son who is 14 years old. The absence of fathers in the home coupled with a gynocentric society is creating chaos.
    Ultimately women are 100% responsible for bringing forth a child. Not men. It is extremely self centred to decide to have a child when the father states otherwise.
    The brother is clearly besotted with his daughter.

      Thank you I definitely do love my daughter loads and I think getting kids to understand the importance and value of a father figure in their life is essential 🙏🏾

      The father should've worn a condom then. A woman can't impregnate herself.

    Absolutely adore this podcast and the powerful testimonies shared! 💖 Just a reminder to consider the impact of your words. As a man, it's important to recognize that the decision to keep or terminate a pregnancy deeply affects a woman's mind and body. Us women understand the weight of these decisions and the lifelong consequences they have, whether the father is present or not. Keep up the great work!

    Women should stop keeping babies for boys or men who said they weren’t ready to be fathers. He clearly said before she got pregnant he wasn’t ready then you get mad when he can’t step up when you need him like you already knew

    • @michelledouse996

      If he wasn't ready he shouldn't have had unprotected sex. It's just as much his responsibility as hers.

      @@michelledouse996 your right however from when he said he didn’t want to have a child if the unexpected was to happen she should of protected herself.

      @michelledouse996
      She was supposedly using protection for herself personally, as he stated. Who knows whether this was a lie and she deliberately wanted to get pregnant. There are way too many resources to be had for a woman in western society to give up a pregnancy.

    • @michelledouse996
      @michelledouse996 7 місяців тому +1

      Nonsense he should of protected himself and used a condom. If he did not want to have a child. She was on contraception and was misinformed it was 100% effective at preventing pregnancy.. So she was responsible and he used nothing. Not only did he not try to prevent pregnancy he also put himself at risk of STDs. He ejaculated in her womb with no condomn but yet its her fault.....He is at fault @sophialouise6070 not her. He also addmited this himself in the podcast .....so you're waffling. We live in a society where its easier to blame women for everything. Contraception and medical abortions have you people arguing against laws of nature... Even when its not logical....@@sophialouise6070

    I don’t think you can reason with a narcissist. It’s not possible. You have to go to court and fight that battle ! Unfortunately, it will cost money.

    Do you guys realise the pill is not always effective at preventing pregnancy particularly if a woman is ovulating. So this mindset of putting faith in a woman is not fair. The woman may be misinformed to believe the pill is 100% effective when in reality its not. I agree with the statement as a man its your responsibility. As all pregnancies are caused by a mans ejaculation. Its refreshing for a man to take accountability.

      Nothing is 100% outside of abstinence the onus is on the female merely because the most effective contraceptives target females, that being said 2 forms of contraception is usually enough.

    • @michelledouse996
      @michelledouse996 7 місяців тому +1

      Stop this ignorant narrative the onus is on a man to use a condom. The sperm swims to the egg and can stay alive in a woman's womb for days. A woman can only carry 1 pregnancy at a time. Whereas a man can have multiple women pregnant at the same time. Nature is LAW not this socially constructed false patriarchal nonsense of blame women for everything. Mothers carry 90% of the burden of rearing children. So men looking for sympathy after getting a woman pregnant is a joke. Prior to the invention of contraception men never had excuses. They had 9, 10 kids and took care of them ALLL. Men need to go back to being leaders. Leaders take accountability and step up to their responsibilities. Too many grown baby boys nowadays and not enough REAL MEN. Once the child is created a real man has no excuses or blame for baby mum and contaception. They accept that they need to step up as the father and do what needs to be done for their seeds. Anything less than that is not a REAL MAN. END OF STORY !!

      @nahnotatall4291 you said ver batim "the onus is on the female..." and my response is NO. It takes two to make a baby so both parties should be equally responsible. Is that clear enough for you?
