Word of advice… with child cases it’s always better to represent yourself coz the judge loves that. It shows you are genuine & the judge is more likely to listen to you & take time. PLUS you’ll b saving alot of money. Obviously don’t force it if u can’t but honestly, remember they are there to JUDGE you as soon as you walk through the door, they’ve already read your position and these judges are quite nice in family court.

Once a woman puts you on child support, remove yourself from that child’s life. Pay your child support and move on. Do not pay a penny more. Do not even buy a pair of socks. Do not contribute to any birthdays or presents or gifts. Nothing for school trips. Nothing for nursery. Nothing for school books and uniforms. No holidays. Absolutely nothing. Remove yourself from that child’s life financially totally.
I advise all men in this situation to simply move on. The children will come and look for you when they are older. The entire infrastructure is set up to cripple you. CMS also ensures that you have no money to fight in court to pay lawyers. They also take money from you via supervised visitation where you have to pay to see your child. You can get legal aid as a man also it just depends on who makes the phone call regarding the domestic issue.. if your the victim weather man or woman you can get legal aid (solicitor etc) when applying to the courts

Did you know that every time a police officer is called to a home for domestic desturbance that even if its a malicious call and no desturbance is seen or proved that when the police they are required to report on which of the partners is likely to be a perpetrator and that because of training etc that most choose the man. This then feeds into a data base and feeds stats. We have dads attached to our services who have been in a situation where they have called the police been covered in blood from an attack and they were the one thats arrested. We have voice recordings where an injured man was told by officers he must have deserved it. We have men who have been whipped with a leather belt through his marraige to the point where he is perminantly scared, the final whipping before he left was when he lost consciousness, he is a very well known politician. Did you that more men experience disabling injuries, the most common weapon is cars, knives and weapons used to inflict head injuries. This is dangerous advice, false allegations result in programs forced on you i.e. perpetrator programs. If you do these programs and not a perpetrator this then stays on your record. So when you start to consider a new life, find someone to share life with. With that tag on you, if your ex-partner maintains, manipulation and abuse they have the power to report you to children's service if children are involved in you new relationship. We have cases where second families are placed on child protection purely because dad did a program just to listen to the court, when it's already been accepted the father wasn't a perpetrator. Decisions you make in family court now when feeling bullied and you have to do anything to see your children become a destructive force in your future. Did you know that 60% of police time is spent on investigating false allegations? Did you know that every time a police officer is called to a home for domestic desturbance that even if its a malicious call and no desturbance is seen or proved that when the police they are required to report on which of the partners is likely to be a perpetrator and that because of training etc that most choose the man. This then feeds into a data base and feeds stats. We have dads attached to our services who have been in a situation where they have called the police been covered in blood from an attack and they were the one thats arrested. We have voice recordings where an injured man was told by officers he must have deserved it. We have men who have been whipped with a leather belt through his marraige to the point where he is perminantly scared, the final whipping before he left was when he lost consciousness, he is a very well known politician. Did you that more men experience disabling injuries, the most common weapon is cars, knives and weapons used to inflict head injuries. Please, please do your home work, dont assume you know what a person has experienced, assumptions will alswys make someone look a fool...you clearly do not have any idea how the court or surrounding systems work, the bias, sex descrimination, inequality and at the core of this is children who love and need both parents.

This guy was never being direct with the truth. As with all narcissistic men they talk the talk but behind closed doors it’s different. As soon as I heard arguing at 3am with two week old baby. I felt sorry for the women, it was clearly a feed or helping out but he would rather sleep. Then he went on to have a second child… who do you really blame? Both at fault kids need both parents in there life. He states he wants full custody aswell I mean that says it all. A man with a vendetta. I pray for your healing and growth.

This is dangerous advice, false allegations result in programs forced on you i.e. perpetrator programs. If you do these programs and not a perpetrator this then stays on your record. So when you start to consider a new life, find someone to share life with. With that tag on you, if your ex-partner maintains, manipulation and abuse they have the power to report you to children's service if children are involved in you new relationship. We have cases where second families are placed on child protection purely because dad did a program just to listen to the court, when it's already been accepted the father wasn't a perpetrator. Decisions you make in family court now when feeling bullied and you have to do anything to see your children become a destructive force in your future. We say to all parent maintain factual truth, just keep the truth in your case

If your falsely accused of something it should be a NFA the courts go by paper work you can’t just say your ex is a murderer for example and the courts believe it they have to do research hence section 70 or 60 etc wich they have to do it’s common sense…. But back to the facts it costs 0 pence to get your case heard 0 pence

The highest for of domestic abuse is bi-directional, last time I looked at the stats 69%. We refer to a course that works, recognises without gender bias that harm is hugely intergenerational, comes from trauma, is complex and will absolutely not be prevented through courses designed by social workers or non-qualified therapeutic specialists. Dont be bullied into accepting anything, look for one you can present to the court, if you are causing harm, connect with specialists, qualified, regulated people who you can face and know they will work with you with education and understanding of all the dynamics in play in relationships...They are out there, they are accepted by the court and they wont seal you into a persona you can never evolve from, they will assist you in healing and stopping. When you harm another you are harming yourself, whipping you, stripping your self esteem, self confidence, you are perpetuating self hate...people can and do heal with the right interventions...God Bless
