So happy I found your channel. Allison has such a bubbly personality and is filed with exuberance and joy when talking about her life ❤✌
Ahh, just loved seeing this. Allison is a lovely person, so funny. Nothing like mean Nellie. I loved her in Little House. Nelly and Mrs. Olsen were brilliant, always made us laugh. Great characters. Allison looks so good too.
As an adult "Nellie" was actually pretty nice. She even stood up to her mother. When Nellie met her spoiled adopted sister, Nellie said, "Was I ever that bad?"
I remember when I was 15, going to a family reunion and meeting a second cousin who looked just like Allyson. We used to tease her, calling her Nellie.
What a fantastic interview, I adore Alison, I love her books and her personality. She is a good one and this interview was so fun. I love your channel, which I just discovered. Thank you for documenting all these treasured people! xoxox
OMG I love listening to her talk about the French and how they view Little House. It’s absolutely Hilarious. After buying her book and then listening to Allison read it on Audible to can’t help but have every emotion with her. I’m not sure if even enough words can describe how perfectly done it was. But as she said, back then people didn’t met actors or have the media info as we had back then. I myself used to get called Laura because of auburn hair and braids. Allison played Nellie beautifully. ♥️👍😁😂

I could understood if it was a child, but an adult? I grew up with Little House On The Prairie, and I thought the character and actress was the same. As I grew up, I realized that the character that they played has nothing to do with the person. But as a child, Mrs. Oleson and Nellie terrified me.
