Very cool! Ralf Hütters cousin was actually the teacher of my dad. He got a signed Computer World sticker from her which were (if I remember correctly) kinda rare.
I read the book "The Shining" listening to this....then the movie came out...panoramic view intro...snow capped mountains...volkswagon...Torrence family on the way to the hotel...Stanley Kubrick s sound play was spot on...sounded like Kraftwerk
I couldn’t find an upload of this I used to watch. Thank you for uploading it. It’s beautiful, love Kraftwerk, especially this performance of this song. I thought I lost it.
It’s true. Here in Detroit, Kraftwerk are considered royalty and the red carpet gets rolled out anytime they come to town. Seriously, they are highly revered here.
It's an interesting time! The band's name is Ralf & Florian yet, but they started to use Kraftwerk too. Wolfgang was a guest musician, he joined the band in 1974. Later Karl arrived in 1975. From then, the band worked as a quartet.
Outro detalhe: minha esposa estava grávida de 3 meses qdo fomos neste show!
so ahead of its time. In those days progressive rock was at its peak. and in uk glam rock was starting. I love deep purple and led zeppelin but i also enjoy post punk new wave and this
I have no idea? It might be an improvisational jam or a track from one of their early albums. It's taken me 40 years to get tuned into this group but i'm ready now to take the next step on my electronic musical journey...
Cool AF Pass the mic Beastie Boys is one of my favorite songs of all time and this song here by Kraftwerk was made 2 years before I was born and is absolutely beautiful sounding.
My dads autographed album of all the original Kraftwerk members is probably his most prized possession.
Very cool! Ralf Hütters cousin was actually the teacher of my dad. He got a signed Computer World sticker from her which were (if I remember correctly) kinda rare.
Wow!
Early electronic drums and a killer mustache. Such great music.
R.I.P Florian!!!!
Whoa, that drum pad is way ahead of its time.
That music like a diamond! A shiny, shiny diamond!
R.I.P Florian Schneider, we're will always remember you....
It's not like a diamond, my friend. It's the biggest Diamond in the world❤
RIP FLORIAN SCHNEIDER ......... + MUSIC NON STOP !!!!
I remember not caring much for the pre-Autobahn stuff but this has got me wanting to revisit it
A true pioneer of sound. RIP Florian :(
its pretty much "Soothing Sounds For Baby" (1963) sound.
Work of guiness they are so brilliantly so good and beautifully the sound of the synthesiser played by Ralf Hutter
Have a safe journey dear Florian
Hauntingly Beautiful.
Beyond beautiful. Love early Kraftwerk! 🌌

R i P 😪 FLORIAN
RIP Florian , beautiful kraftwerk music I didn't know you played the flute x x
It was his original instrument when he studied classical music. He also played the violin and guitar.
Yeh its played in their early stuff.
if you look at promotional photos of Kraftwerk, even all the way up to 1978 (Man Machine era) there is a “dummy” of Florian holding a flute
A gem on german television!
R.I.P Florian
It's so involving, dreamy, full
first synth pop band
Exelent beautiful 👏👍🔊🎵✨⚡🌟⭐🇧🇷🌹🍷🌍
It is so interesting that this band is responsible for the development of techno and hiphop. Samples...
And groups like Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin..etc..
It’s true. Here in Detroit, Kraftwerk are considered royalty and the red carpet gets rolled out anytime they come to town. Seriously, they are highly revered here.

The band was named Kraftwerk since 1970.
Ralf & Florian is just the name of Kraftwerk's 1973 album
Genius
So ahead of it's time.
Analog brilliant
Read in Florian's obit he and Ralf wished to forget about their first 4 years (up until "Autobahn") and left it out of their official works overview
Well album variant of tanzmusik was very messy and i don't like it but in 1973 zdf live flute sounds are calming and all is slower and better
@@pankaburek59 because it's mixed with Heimatklange, that's why is so ethereal and soothing 💞
Just another Kraftwerk masterpiece 🤷🏾♂️👍🏾🎶
Haha the hippie era of Kraftwerk!
Cult classic!
Wow!!
After getting the "Soothing Sounds For Baby" LPs
so ahead of its time. In those days progressive rock was at its peak. and in uk glam rock was starting. I love deep purple and led zeppelin but i also enjoy post punk new wave and this
Tanzmusik = Righteous majesty.
The Gyro Gearlooses Of Modern And Popular Music.

Hi can I just ask what song is this I’m new to Kraftwerk
I have no idea? It might be an improvisational jam or a track from one of their early albums. It's taken me 40 years to get tuned into this group but i'm ready now to take the next step on my electronic musical journey...
It’s “Tanzmusik” from their early, ethereal album “Ralf und Florian”, released in 1973. 😊
is this the earliest vid of Rolf and Florian on youtube?
No. Search Rockpalast 1970
No, but it is the earliest televised performance of Wolfgang in the group.
Nope, there’s one from 1970
This is the intro for "pass the mic" by beastie boys...
Great catch!
Cool AF Pass the mic Beastie Boys is one of my favorite songs of all time and this song here by Kraftwerk was made 2 years before I was born and is absolutely beautiful sounding.
Who’s playing the drum pad?
That's Wolfgang Flür, one of the "classic line-up" members of the band.
Is that Klaus Dinger ?
Masterpiece.... Kraftwerk were really very great musicians in the history of music centuries
What is the name of this?
The title is "Tanzmusik". Loosely based on track 5 of the 1973 Kraftwerk Album "Ralf & Florian".
Never would have guessed the shaggy haired guys would turn into robots
Can somebody tell me what keyboard is he playing?
Farfisa profesional piano
