We used to say: "someone's having a very bad day."
that was one smooth landing
That was the perfect Landing
Incredible Site to watch
Thanks! ❤️
I'll share that on a German FB Life Flight channel, K? Take care! Beautiful machine and nice shots!
Thanks pal! I also have a playlist of Med Evac Medical Helicopters. Link below.. ua-cam.com/play/PLOXsdZQ1gutAFlv6c9pogub48aorteYbq.html
You acutally got pretty dam lucky with this one, normally then land over on the acutal hosptal for RIH
❤
Why is there an engine always there for landings?
In case something goes wrong with the landing. They have immediate fire rescue.
Crash rescue; static fire, extraction
COOL
That was me.
you?
Fr?
I would really hate to get that helicopter ride fee on the hospital bill when it arrives in the mail, I can imagine it, staggering
The bill was probably so large that they had to send it via freight. lol
I was wondering why you fly someone from boston to to rhode island
I believe this chopper is owned by a Boston hospital, but I believe it covers that area in Rhode Island? I could be wrong but I believe that’s how it was explained to me.
Rhode Island Hospital is a level 1 trauma center. Medflight most likely picked this patient up in a town south of Boston where R.I.H. would actually be closer.
@@firefighting-videos Boston Medflight and New England Life Flight both serve Rhode Island. The most likely reason for going to R.I.H. is because that hospital is a level 1 trauma center and the patient was probably picked up in a town south of Boston that was geographically closer to Providence.
Most likely the patient was flown from an area south of Boston that is geographically closer to Providence.
I dont see how that cant be terrible for those engines to just shut down like that with no cool down time.
No offense, but civilian pilot. Not military.
