P much usually with vocaloid licenses once you buy the vocal you can use it how ever you wish (as long as you comply with the license agreement onv) and that includes selling songs, however, you have to get permission to use the branding/mascot of the vocaloid in the song/album cover/other related stuff if you're profiting.
The problem is Fukase's license requires you to ask permission for the monetary use of BOTH vocal and mascot, this wouldn't be as much of an issue if Tokyo Fantasy Inc (the company you have to contact for permission) wasn't well known for not responding to request emails very often, that and when they do respond: making you jump through hoops to get to the stage of actually receiving permission. This makes them known for being extremely finicky!
On top of this you have to pay 10% royalties from the profits from that song being sold, which quite a few producers (specifically out of bedroom producers) have some trouble with (mainly due to relying on vocaloid for income)
So in summary the reason this can't be on streaming is: Tokyo Fantasy Inc sucks /hj

So you're telling me this has been sitting in your computer for almost FIVE YEARS? Better late than never, as they always say.
Not going to lie, this is the first song I have heard with using Fukase, and I am so glad this is my first exposure to Fukase as I did not know he had such good vocals. You did an amazing job using Fukase's vocals to make a fantastic song!
I have been listening to this song since its release. I decided to write a theory based on the MV and the lyrics. (English is not my first language. If there is any mistake, please correct me!)
[Pssst, please ignore the different forms of negative modal verbs I used. Grammarly forced me to do it.]
In this story, Fukase was trapped in a VR World whose creator is a pink-haired woman.
Fukase was the virtual avatar of a man (Cyber Songman), the pink-haired woman was the virtual avatar of a woman; they might be friends or coworkers in a company. The man was invited to visit the VR World, he accepted, thus making him wear the VR Headset (0:53) and appear as Fukase throughout the whole MV.
The song is about how he was trapped and deceived by the creator of that world, who he trusted.
The main event is: The woman slowly destroyed the world.
Fukase described the destruction with "Peace has gone away ” and “we are falling to pieces”. I do not know much about VR World but judging from this MV and Sword Art Online - a series about VR games with somebody trapped in it, my guess is: If the world falls apart, the player will be affected.
“And you know all about the things I feel
Sealing the real kind of deal
Walk away and lock it away till an update
Now I am setting the pieces
And we are falling to pieces
And you are trying to piece us back
There is no way”
Fukase and the woman were close enough to the point [she] knows all about the things [he] feels.
She joined the world with him, probably traveled with him until she said the world needed an update, and locked it away. That is a lie, as the world started to glitch and he felt like pieces of him were falling apart (the effect that VR World brought to his virtual avatar). The woman tried to repair the problems to their normal state, but he did not believe that. He was lied to; how could he trust her again? He thought she just wanted to hurt him again - “Can’t you see that I’m healing from the pain?”
Fukase felt so devastated. He could not do what she do, nor could he say anything and know how to play “this game” now that peace was not there anymore.
The woman had promised that the man would be enlightened if he joined her world, another lie as he was not at all enlightened.
“This war’s over” - I cannot point out what this war is about, as I have three ways to explain it. Number one is that the IRL self of Fukase and the woman were frenemies (friends + enemies); he respected her while still trying to win; he fell into her trap equals her victory. Number two is the war between Fukase and himself, a war in his mind as he didn't know what should he choose: Fight or Give up. Number three is the war in the VR World, as Fukase tried to reboot and maybe save the world. Another interpretation is that he tried to crush the woman's plan.
He wished there would be days when the woman was nowhere to be found. At least the world would not be destroyed even if peace had disappeared.
He tried to reboot the world, an attempt to save himself and ruin the woman -
But he failed.
The woman is the creator. She joined in and ruined his reboot section, bringing doomsday and destruction to his virtual avatar. A hole in his upper body where his heart and lungs are probably symbolizes his de@th (in a less horrible image). If there is some damage to those organs, you will log out of the Earth soon.
His fall represents the fact that the world is no longer what it was, only a bunch of glitches and such. He has no ground to stand on, and he falls to his demise.
He probably accepted his fate with his sad smile and his last line. There’ is no peace. He failed to protect it; he couldn't even save his life. He accepts defeat, although he still has the same wish in mind knowing that it can’t come true.
A futile wish.
At the end of the MV, he stays in that world forever. He was put to a coma with the working VR headset in real life.
His mind was trapped in the now-destroyed world. As a result, he will never wake up again…
And that’s the end of my theory. I hope you enjoy it. Feel free to discuss and add your thoughts to my theory in the comment section!
EDIT: Thanks to BluForrestLeaf, I finally got to see the glitched texts appeared at 2:43! Judging from its context and the MV (Fukase glitched and an image of the Pink-haired woman appeared), I believe it's a poem (I'm not so sure though) written by the woman, described her plan. Personally, I believe my theory was pretty much completed, that details could be considered a piece that added more lore on how Fukase was deceived! It had something to do with how the VR World is better than the Real World (the reason Fukase agreed to join the World as this can enlighten him), the woman's thoughts, etc...

Thanks to Vocalizer's suggestion, I also got another clue to figure out more about the whole story. Unfortunately, I don't have the necessary amount of money to check out the mentioned song (I live in Asia so I don't have USD...)
BUT, I won't give up on the theory! I will keep trying to find a way to buy the song and updating the things I know!!
I work very hard, I hope it makes sense haha! This is my first time writing a theory so...yeah.
