Champignons are mushrooms in French. Now, I'm hungry!
Can you make a video on how the soup is made? I love this soup!
Fry mushrooms with onions, boil potatoes for about 10 min then add the mushrooms and carrots, boil another 10 min and add Sorrel leaves or spinach (but it will not be as sour) wait till the water starts boiling again and add sour cream. Done
@GwynBleys you forget to mix rat poison
@@captabhimanyubhat Only if you are poor. I add Novichek
Как мы потеряли такого харизматичного человека)

Ingredients : Sorrell ( some places it grows wild ), potatoes 🥔, carrots 🥕, mushrooms 🍄, hard boiled eggs 🥚& sour cream.
Veggie broth from Sorrell or Chicken 🐔 broth 🍲 for soup base?
I know them as "champignons". Sometimes you can buy sorrel at a green grocer or directly from a market garden (they grow it here, because sorrel is one of the 7 herbs you need for a speciality from Frankfurt: 'Frankfurt Green Sauce'), or you can find sorrel in the nature alongside of rivers and creeks.
CRD: Did you catch all that?
Me: к моему приятному удивлению, да.)
Button mushrooms in English. That's both the little white ones, and the little brown ones commonly sold fresh in western supermarkets. They're actually the same species, but grown with or without sunlight.
I feel so cute when understand Russian language

Tata would grow the sorrel in the garden and make this. Would just pick and eat the sorrel.

Growing up my sister had a lot of Russian and Ukranian friends and we are talking 1988-1994 and I'd go over to her friend Elena's and her mother wouldn't let me leave without eating and if it was sorrel soup I'd be there for a while because I'd eat 3 bowls no problem her mother loved to feed me and loved it when I'd eat more than she gave me
Champiñones is spanish for mushrooms
