I'm the negative nancy with limiting beliefs lol. fortunately my friends are super encouraging! this was helpful for me to realize im just in my head and if i work hard i can move out and achieve what i want :)
I currently live in a toxic household to the point that it is driving me insane... i have a job working 40 hours a week paying $15/h and i was hoping to move out right when i graduate high school. i was told that this job wasnt going to let that happened so i had to ask my twin if she would be my roommate. Im really nervous about failing to create a new home from scratch but i hope it works out.....
im sorry to hear of your current situation. Its very normal to feel nervous but it will all fall into place and as you're doing it, you will build confidence and knowledge! All the best!! 🤍
If you have no car payments, no credit card bills the anyone can afford an apartment. Car payments and credit cards payments are the biggest culprit of why people can't afford an apartment. Pay off all of your cc and car and you'll be able to afford one
Hi. A nice video. You’re a beautiful, intelligent woman by the way. I’m temporarily staying with my parents. I just can’t wait to move back out. The video was informative and educating. I’m looking for a one bedroom apartment in my area. Rents are just so high now thanks to inflation. A normal one bedroom in my area in the state of MD is about $1k a month plus utilities. I have a car but I have student loan debt as well as other debts. If I wait to move back out after the new year, I’ll be debt free except for my student loans. However, I have a Master’s degree and I make about $80k gross a year. I don’t have a wife or kids. After taxes and fees, I’ll still have a lot left over. I think it would be cheaper to buy a house but then I’d have to fix everything that needs to be fixed or replaced. I realize only I can decide where to move that fits my budget. Thanks. 👌🏻

you definitely can!! 🤍🤍🤍
Not necessarily, it depends on a person's salary and where they are living. Some places are much more expensive than others.
During the Baby Boom years rent was affordable. Let that sink in.
i can so imagine!
