Welcome to the family brother. I had my New Model Y delivery day 3 weeks ago and I'm still reeling from that day. It's an incredible car and you're going to love it bro 🙌🏼 welcome to being a Tesla man like myself and many others. 😎 need anything I could help you on let me know I'll answer. You're gonna wanna drive everywhere now lol
hi friend, im thinkig of doing the same, ordering at the renton location and picking up a used they have in Oregon. did you fly in in drove back? anything you wish you knew before you went through this whole experience? thanks
@@davidbalaciu I live in Washington, so it was a spendy 1 hr Lyft ride, but 20 min drive home. The process was smooth and I was there literally 10 min and on my way. It had rained so they gave me a few days to really check the car out, but it was in great condition for being 3 years old. I had to find the car, but as I walked by it flashed at me and I was good to go after setting up my phone.
create a service appointment about the rim, just say it was like that before delivery, the tesla 128gb USB drive comes standard on model 3p and yp from our march and July, 2023 delivery. I got same issue in my model 3p and telsa replaced it free.
Welcome to the white on white club! The official Tesla cleaner for white seats is the best juice I’ve found for stains, even over the chemical bros stuff
I pick mine up tomorrow, this gave me a little more peace of mind that it will be in great shape. Have you ran into any problems since buying? Anything I should look out for that you didn't show in this video? Thanks.
Yea mines used but no problems at all love having to not pay premium of a new one with FSD. just make sure if you also bought used that tires on in spec and take note of anything that’s not in the agreement of a used vehicle other than that your used vehicle should be awesome mine still looks and smells new
@@ITS-ZACH so far so good. It had about 16,000 miles but it feels very new still. A couple small scratches, but other than that. Everything is working great!
@@MKGOTBEATS nice man congrats! Yea I will definitely be buying another used car from Tesla. The process was easy fast and just way better than buying with some other company.
I know I couldn’t have heard right . Changing out tires not long after 10k - 15k miles ? I hope not as that would be insanely expensive upkeep . Already have to pay quite a bit higher insurance as it is . Very nice looking car though . We were going to buy a model Y a couple years back or so . Changed our mind when tesla took out the Lidar radar . Beyond silly relying on just cameras for self driving . Now i recently hear there tires wear out really fast . Has completely changed our mind on buying a tesla .
It depends on how people drive the car. I drive like a grandma mostly cuz the car is doing the driving for me.If people are racing around and doing the 0-60 thing all the time yea the tires are gonna wear out. I would go to a the fb forum and do research I’ve seen people do 75k on the tires the 19inch ones.🛞 this has been the best car I’ve ever owned. From having it being warmed in the morning to the full self driving, it’s like having a personal Uber. It’ll only get better with updates. I also sleep in the back with camp mode because I am able to sleep at work and it keeps it warm because the heat pump is so efficient. People who don’t have teslas are missing out on the tech! I don’t regret our purchase at all.
@@johnduck2190 it was gonna be like 10k more for a new one I think even with the tax credit and I got an extra year and 10k miles so it was like buying new but not it had 10k miles on it. Plus when I got a small scratch on it it didn’t hurt as much as I would feel upset if it was new. Just my opinion and though. I feel like it saved me like 10-12k can’t remember the actual calculation.
@@johnduck2190 for me it’s the self driving. If you haven’t seen the tech in Tesla I suggest you check out the channels “aidrivr” and “thewholemarscatalog” that’s the latest and greatest. I don’t even think I’ll ever buy a gas car again.
I have had the car since mid December I’ve saved about $1991 in gas so far. that’s not including the possible oil changes which would probably be about two of them since I’ve put about 13,000 miles on the car. Driving with FSD is the way of the future won’t ever buy a gas car again. Watch aidrivr or whole mars catalog. Tesla tech is too good. My car is warm In the mornings or cool if I need it to be cool. Just so many benefits verse a gas car. I’ll never get rid of. Y gas/diesel cars cuz I’m kind of a car collector.

Thanks fam! The MYP really is a fun car! enjoy 🤙🏾
Just got my model 3 as well and i cant stop driving it! Enjoyyyy it!
lol I mean you kinda have to drive it right?!
Hmmm...well at my SoCal Tesla Service Center they gave me a complimentary USB drive 4:32 when the one I ordered from Tesla failed to format.
This was a used model y so maybe it’s different?
Congrats - hope you enjoy the new EV experience
Thanks! So far best car I’ve ever owned! probably won’t buy another ICE unless it’s a kei truck. I want one with diff lock. 🛻lol.
damn grats bro. im picking up mine tomorrow. i can't wait to get my hand on it and hit the road. dual motor AWD

Yo, congrats. I ordered my MY from the Renton location and picked it up in Oregon. Awesome experience.

Congrats !!! I have the same model MYP, it's great!
Thanks!
Issue was the car's too fast 😄. Had the same problem with my parents in one too.
Not fast enough! Needs more hp! lol it would be awesome if it could do 0-60 in 2.5 like the plaid model x and s. 🤓

How much you paid for the used MY?

You need to get the white yoke steering wheel. You will love it !
