Matchbox 20 and Rob Thomas are a huge rabbit hole. He jas many hits as a solo artist as well. Most reactors do this song or Unwell...dive a little deeper...Girl Like that, Mad Season, Rest Stop, Real World, Bent, Disease, Bright Lights....Solo songs, My fave is Street Corner Symphony...Its is so upbeat and make you smile. Thanks for the reaction.
Damn. Matchbox Twenty. That's a name I haven't heard in a long, long time. They dominated the airwaves in the 90s, especially this song. Good ol' 90s alt-rock. This really takes me back.
Matchbox 20's song 3 a.m. a very easy listening song with a lighthearted story to tell. Rob Thomas has a awesome convincing voice. Great 💜 reaction an interesting take on it 🎵
I love Matchbox Twenty. Rob Thomas has such a unique voice. This album is fantastic. I haven't heard anything from them that I don't like. Please react to, The Real World. Back To Good. Push. If You're Gone. Bent. Unwell.
I love Matchbox 20, so many great memories. I think the 'story' that's being suggested is she calls him in the middle of the night all loving/needy but keeps choosing the security of the relationship she's already in, despite it being toxic. Also, the other song/sound it reminds you of might be something by Train, perhaps?
I've never heard of this group before, that means something new again ☺️. Although I didn't really understand the meaning of the song, maybe because the video didn't quite fit for me, I appreciated the melody itself and the singer's unique voice. Thanks for another great reaction HAP☺️🙋🏻♀️.
Have you ever reacted to Rob Thomas, the lead singer of Matchbox 20, collaborating with Santana? It's called "Smooth " you'd really like it, i think, and the guitar by legendary guitarist, Carlos Santana, totally rocks...... hard! It's definitely Smooth!
Rob Thomas, the lead singer, was reflecting back to when he cared for his mother as a teenager while she was battling cancer. Agree that the video didn't seem to match that storyline. I did enjoy the song ❤ Loved your reaction, as always ✌️ ☮️ 🥷

This song is about his and his mom's diagnosis & real struggle with cancer and the fear it brings and trying to survive it.
