I live in Wallace, just over the hill from where you’re hunting. Currently bear baiting before elk season opens, only about 3 miles up the road from where you’re camped. Awesome to see someone film this area.

Avery is a beautiful place!. Took my daughter there for a bear hunt a few years back. What did you think of all the pictures of past game at that store? Its incredible the size of the wolves in that area. Great video!!
I was practically born and raised there in Every. Tins of bears...still! Lost some hounds to wolves up there though! But, great Elk, deer, lion, and wolf hunting though. And awesome fishing! Omg!! Just left there the other day! We have a lot there too! Its Heaven! Sheffeys is the general store your talkimg about!

Dont know how idaho laws are but where im at you gotta be careful having loaded rifles in a vehicle, could get fined/ lose your guns. Good vid though.

One suggestion, i really would not hide under a tree on top of ridge in thunder storm. I was in a draw in my log truck and had lightning hit tree 40 yds away and got buried in tree parts. Not good. It was burning,
