Just a guess but you may be missing one of those back rings. Sometimes they are hard to see cause they are way in the back. It’s possible one or two is missing
Yea I just noticed how long ago this was posted lol, my bike started making this real loud almost sounds like a tapping , increases with speed, and the noise Is heard well through the clutch basket, still not sure what it is
Adrenaline Biker I disassembled and reassembled the whole thing About a dozen times. I found no issues. I just rode easy for a while and broke it in. Eventually the noise went away with no issues any more. Definitely a weird scenario. But clutched wheelies worked fine so I’m happy 😉
I have a f3 put new ebc kit in clutch fibers steels and springs and it slips higher rpm definitely can’t clutch it up. Can’t find anything funky on the inside tho
Adrenaline Biker did you soak them in oil for a few before reinstalling? And did the old clutches do the same thing or only when you put the new ones in
Old ones did same thing, I soaked them for at least 2 hours if not 3 before instal. And I did the clutches on my f2 right before and it’s working great, was dp kit not ebc tho
Adrenaline Biker have the clutches ever worked properly in the f3? And i had a similar scenario with a zx10. I know this sounds silly but make sure the clutch lever is adjusted properly. It may not be engaging the clutch all the way when you let it out.
Clutch basket has worn
Dont wory only clutch rear bearing noise

Did you press the clutch or not?
My clutch basket makes a similar noise 😔
