I'm almost 78 and I walk to the store most mornings. Yesterday I noticed a tightening as I almost reached the store. Today was colder and I was hit half way to the store. Bronchospasm for sure. Great to be able to find this site and see what happened to me. I do have a cold weather mask and will dig it out for sure. A BIG THANK YOU.

I have severe COPD and I have to have my bedroom window open and a very cold room. The heat isn't very good for me in the summer time I need to have the air conditioning on. I don't go out much in the winter or on a hot summer day .
