      According to this hadith Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to drink water in three separate breaths. In other words, the cup should be removed from the mouth after a sip, a breath taken and then drunk again. This method of drinking is very beneficial for quenching the thirst.

    I drink water all the time. Green tea. Some decaf coffee for liver. Eat fish, chicken, turkey, pork. Little ground pork and beef. Lots of veggies and fruit. Eggs. I beat cancer

    Yes, drinking water regularly and as advised is key to solving many health issues. But sleeplessness due to regular waking up to urinate at night is a health challenge of its own. Enlarged Prostrate is common now.

    I drink up to a gallon a day in the summer. When I was in Iraq, I would drink what I estimate to be about 3 gallons/day. Right now because it is cold, I drink maybe half a gallon in a typical day. Everything in this video is good. I rarely drink ice water.

    I learned recently to add Celtic Salt to my water. It's high in magnesium, which is necessary for absorbsion.
    Without the magnesium, we don't absorb the water, and it passes quickly to the bladder, and we're up in the middle of the night.
    About three weeks ago I started adding Celtic Salt to my water. For the first time in my life, I sleep comfortably through the night without the urge to urinate. Best sleep ever.

      You got that right, I had prostate cancer & "Seed" surgery in 2012. I'm up 3 or 4 times a nite as it is. I usually have dreams I'm somewhere looking for a bathroom because have to pee, then I wake up.

      Keep an empty 2 litre fruit juice bottle by your bed. Then it’s simple. Whenever you wake, pee in the bottle and go back to sleep.

      You are right brother i am following the Prophets pbh advise for past 7 years i drink warm water by sitting position and i drink in 3 helpings sip by sip and thanks Allah at this age of 76 i feel in good health. Allah bless all who follow Prophets sayings which He told 1400 years ago and the scientist discovered recently that drink your water in sitting position. 🙏♥️

    Hmmm? My cousin always sipped water and she was always constipated and landed her in the hospital . Then I told her to drink a cup of water all at once, don't sip. Now she is not constipated anymore. Sipping just wets your mouth and does not help you hydrate properly.

      Sipping goes into the cells
      Drinking water in one go moves it into the colon.
      So for a bowel movement drink water in one go do not sip.
      Too much colon flushing will delete your electrolytes.
      Sip water at other times as needed

    Personally, i think one should ensure that water is used with meals, on hot days, or cold days warm drinks, but excessive use, one would end up making more trips to the toilet, especially if one has a weak bladder, happy drinking 😊, m

    At 74 I get dizzy sometimes and when I think back about how much water I had drank I find I didn’t drink enough.

      i've also get dizzy when i sit up sometimes and i'm 51....we would check a doctor for that!!!

    I drink Decaffinated Coffee, but cant for the life of me find any Decaffinated Coffee Tables anywhere for sale. 😢
