Sipping goes into the cells Drinking water in one go moves it into the colon. So for a bowel movement drink water in one go do not sip. Too much colon flushing will delete your electrolytes. Sip water at other times as needed

In addition to a cup of coffee in the morning, I have a glass nearby. This is the most dehydrated state of your body. A simple test of your tap water will reveal how healthy your water is. You can get a litmus paper test on line just to make sure you have healthy water.
Personally, i think one should ensure that water is used with meals, on hot days, or cold days warm drinks, but excessive use, one would end up making more trips to the toilet, especially if one has a weak bladder, happy drinking 😊, m

Keep an empty 2 litre fruit juice bottle by your bed. Then it’s simple. Whenever you wake, pee in the bottle and go back to sleep.

At 74 I get dizzy sometimes and when I think back about how much water I had drank I find I didn’t drink enough.
