Fold the wings under to tuck them! Looks amazing. Just bought one tonight and will make this chicken for dinner tomorrow.
I’ve only had my Cosori oven/air fryer 2 days and just love it! My smashed tiny potatoes came out better than ever! My mother loves her morning bagel which Cosori did perfectly. Today I’m doing chicken wings and this weekend plan to use the rotisserie function.
This looks awesome! I can't wait to try! I love using my air fryer!! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks! It was so good!
Looks delicious man👍👍👍
You can just rub the chicken with coarse sea salt or kosher salt instead of the brine.
I made a roast chicken last night in my Cosori air fryer, I have the regular one in stainless steel, not the oven type, the chicken I roasted was just slightly over four pounds.
Great looking chicken! Cosori is the best!
Thanks! It was so good!
Thos chicken looked so good
This looks great. Thank you for demoing the oven I have. I’ll be back.
I just purchased this oven. Thanks foe explaining the fan function.
How is your Cosori holding up?
Thanks for the demo review, and rub recipe. I just purchased this same unit to replace a breville oven that failed after 7 years of heavy use. I was going to go with another breville but decided to give this a try after seeing all the reviews, and for the rotiss feature. I'll be trying this out on a small cornish hen as a test and thought it would be neat to roast some potatos and brussel sprouts to see if I could do a whole meal in one go. Love it!
How is your Cosori holding up?
@@docwho10th88 Still rocking it! Great little oven, I use it every day sometimes twice! When it does go, I wont hesitate to buy another.
@@allenpost3616 Thanks for the info! I just picked one up! ;-)
This thing rules, use it all the time.
Looks amazing!
I actually just pulled a cornish game hen out of the freezer yesterday and put it in the fridge to thaw. Brining it today and will rotisserie on my grill later. ;D
Awesome! Hope it turned out. This one was delicious!
@@CookinAmigo Thanks man! :D It was absolutely delicious! randomer.net/food/IMG_20191022_170356.jpg
I'm somehow just seeing this photo, but dude that looked divine! These have been making great quarantine meals. 😅
Looks good, I am interested in trying the rotisserie options, one of the reasons I bought it among many others. I really like this device ive used it twice. I am curious, does yours make as many creeks and noises as mine does while baking? Its quite annoying but it does cook well :)
When you say baking, do you mean while in the Bake function, or in general yours makes that noise? I haven't used the Bake function yet, but I think I might try it today and get back to you. I don't recall any noises though.
Maybe try folding the wings back? Looks good so far.
Nice Video! I have read during the rotisserie process the oven will start to smoke pretty bad. Did you have that issue? Also, how was clean up after the chicken was done cooking?
As long as nothing touches the heating elements, there should be no issue. I haven't had any smoking otherwise. I always use the oven with a tray at the bottom although they promote you don't have to. Cleanup is simple! If anything the front glass is what I always spend more time cleaning. Thanks for stopping by!
How is your Cosori holding up? I read some reviews of it lasting less than one year. GREAT REVIEW!
It's still going strong, but it's not my daily driver so I can't really say as I don't use it often enough. I haven't had any issues with it though.
i just got one brand new on Amazon for only $99! It goes for $200 but there is a glitch on Amazon where if you do a certain thing it reduces the price of a lot of items. lol what is your main driver?@@CookinAmigo
Did u preheat it?
hey my friend thanks for sharing this new video nice unboxing ... for a cooking machine wow .. best wishes Tom
You could also use a meat marinade injector on the chicken and skip the brine.
The next time, you do a video you should always cut into the finished product to show how juicy, etc it is.
I know! I'm regretting that I didn't because it was delicious! Thanks for the comment!

Couple Questions ? 1) Other than Amazon where else can you buy Cosori? You Thanked Cosori ....are you sponsored buy them or did you buy this with your own money ?
2) Where did you find a 3lb chicken? Here in Socal, I cant find a whole chicken less than 4lbs with most being 5 to 6lbs. The instant Omni /Plus will only hold upto 4lbs (so cant consider buying it ) & Cosori says upto 5lbs which is still going to be a chore to find here locally being average size is 5.5lbs
3) There is a side heating element in front of the side fan . Other than Air Frying when else is the side heating element used ? In Rotisserie was only the side fan on or was also the element on ?
Hey there!
1) They have a website, cosori.com that you can buy through as well. I am sponsored by them, but I mean everything that I say. I genuinely use their products and everything they put out is my favorite. I have many similar products that are offered from other brands, but Cosori is always quite the contender. I am offered many products to try, and if I don’t like them, I will let my audience and the company know. I have turned down many things because they are not on par.
2) All grocery stores around here in Texas sell chickens of all sizes (about 3 lbs and up.) This includes Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Kroger, etc. I’ve actually never heard of not being able to get smaller ones, so this is new for me! From what I can gather though, I think as long as you can fit it, the weight should be fine. Everything seems sturdy.
3) Is this heating element visible? I’m not seeing it. There are two bars on the bottom and two on the top of the machine that are heating elements. I don’t see any on the sides by the fan. During the rotisserie function, the heating elements that I can see were all turned on. The fan is controllable.
Thanks for stopping by!
I've done everything the same and got a very testy chicken and the full apartment of highly irritant smoke.
After this spent a half of day to clean oven. May be I did some wrong?
Pour a little water in the oil catcher
Its a Generic design also sold under the name OKVAC from the same factory in Shenzhen.
i love chicken, thank you for chicken recipe, it made my dog Bertha Daylatillo Mayonijaunintqa the ||'s birthday thank you.
Yeah the butter/rub just falls off.. 🤦🤣
It actually works perfectly. It's the equivalent of basting. Since it's rotating, it's basting itself in the process. Probably the best rotisserie chicken I've had in a while.
