PRO TIP: I don't understand why everyone just dumps in the seasonings separately. Always mix/whisk together dry ingredients first. THEN add the mix & blend - For ALL recipes folks! This ensures that all the ingredients are distributed evenly.

Jennifer, FYI: Never use aerosol spray cans in your air fryer. Aerosol spray cans (like Pam and similar brands) are known to cause chipping in many Air Fryer baskets. The aerosol cans have harsh agents that just don't mesh with the coating on most baskets. It's best to invest in a good quality oil mister or bottle.

Shake it up. I’ve seen cooks spray the chkn with the oil or butter then put it in the bag of seasoning you have ready. I added bread crumbs this time but didn’t like the texture of the bread crumbs when done. Maybe panko would have been better. Im all about experimenting. But hers looked great.

Why didn't you put all the spices in the bag first, mix, and then add the chicken and shake well?

My daughter just brought me a air fryer for a early father's day gift. I burnt food twice. I wanna try your chicken thigh recipe cause everyone is cooking wings.

I just finished making chicken thighs but my chicken didn't seem to be cooked enough and a little rubbery. The internal temperature was 160f so maybe next time I will leave they in a little longer. But I also didn't warm the air fryer up for 5 minutes so maybe that was the problem.

I only buy skinless and boneless chicken thighs, would this still work? I’m not a fan of eating skin. Thx

These were fantastic and very easy. Thanks for the video. I would use a good thermometer instead of going by the timer though. Mine came to 165°F in much less time than yours did.

It really doesn't matter since chicken thighs don't overcook as easily as breast

@@toomuchawesomeness5886 This is true as I've come to learn after making them several more times.

Hey fellow carnivores!! Put about 2Tbs of butter during the preheating… and add any of the seasonings you feel comfortable using. (I used them all minus onion powder) Definitely leave ALL the skin on and enjoy!! These are amazing. I have never liked chicken thighs. These I will eat at least once a week 🙌🏻

I know it sounds like a contradiction but do this but season with Montreal steak seasoning, did this when didn’t have any spices and man it’s turned out better…

I don't know never have tried it that way but just alone in the seasonings that you're saying is another if you go to the grocery stores another $10 $12 might as well just flour flower them sticking in my cast iron skillet and fry them, maybe 20 minutes longer

Most people have these seasonings on hand because they like to season their food. The jars have multiple servings enough for several recipes.

I've read a lot of comments and I don't see anyone talking about maybe adding baking powder or dry brining with baking powder ahead of time for extra crispy skin?

Air frying is a really good way to make meat tasty and juicy.
Did you know that most ovens with a convection bake setting is the same as an air fryer.

Can you cook chicken thighs in one of those paper containers that sit inside the air fryer? Instead of spraying inside, maybe to help it be easier to clean later?
