That doe watching you do the interview was priceless.
I was looking for this comment 🤣🤣💀
Me too lol
Yea didn't even know she was there at 1st lol.
She didn’t seem to care a bit lol 😂
I don't think you knew at ALL that she was ever there lol
Great WV buck there! Good work. That's some tough hunting but rewarding!
Love how you just lay it all out there. Keep up the great content. Wishing you the best of luck this season.
Thanks Floyd
Congratulations beautiful deer, my wife allows me to hunt whenever I want and can get into the woods. I have not been able to hunt since injury in 2019 have been getting cabin fever video watching is all I have of hunting keep up the good work
What patience!! Great shot!
What a shot dude
The monotone excitement killed me lol 😂
Great hunt and that is a beautiful buck congrats
Congratulation...🍻🍻🍻
Beautiful buck , nothing like hunting over a pile o corn !!!!
That buck’s rack is almost perfectly balanced in shape. Congratulations Mr. Would make a Great Wall mount. 👍👍
😁 thanks yes he sure is man
Great hunt, great deer!
The doe was priceless but awesome video can’t wait to see the next congratulations and I watch ur Facebook and see all the hard work u put into this you deserve it buddy god bless and shoot straight
That's a great buck. As a fellow bowhunter, I'm not so sure I could have been as patient as you were. You did a great job by waiting for the shot you wanted. A lot of times when you're in the woods and encounter these big bucks, things don't always work out like you hope. But that's hunting. When it all comes together, what a rush!
Very nice brother! Congrats!🤘🏽
That doe behind you when you were doing your interview😂😂
Great video , man congrads on that nice buck i dont know how you stayed so calm with all those bucks around putting in the hard work and time really pays off stay safe in those trees and happy hunting
Awesome footage man, congrats! He’s a Hoss!!
Congrats brother, a great way to start off the season
Congratulations on a beautiful early season buck!
Congratulations on your BIG buck👍
Corn hole champions strike again! Quit all that talk about patterning and funneling and just say they're coming to my corn and my camera told me when to be there. Nice buck though!
Thanks for watching
🤣
Agreed
Try self filming an getting a good kill shot without getting them where u want them. Then we can talk lol. I also hike 100lb of corn up a steep mountain side to a secluded flat with a cliff above an below so it's perfect funnel. So untill u know me or my work ethic an how much time I spend year around scouting hiking an managing farm an properties in WV KY an Ohio then I wouldn't making comments but thanks for watching
Deer are smart. Everything has to be right. Just because they came in at a certain time to eat doesn't mean they're gonna be back at that same time tomorrow. Whether it's soybeans in a field or a pile of corn or an acorn tree that's dropping. What does it matter? Dude's hunting with a bow. That's hard work and a lot more challenging. I don't know how many deer I could have killed if I had a gun in my hand instead of a stick and string. I can relate to the wife getting kind of mad at him too. My wife does the same with me lol. Great hunt and thank you for sharing it with us.
Good job! congrats!!
All love! Keep up the hard work!!!
Baiting is not hard work
Great job!! 🏆🦌
Thanks!
Incredible shot
Great video and awesome shot sweet deer 🦌
I used that same iq pro hunter for a few years loved that thing. dame doe just chilling while you talking they dont do that here in Florida on public she would have been gone before the first word was done lol nice job...
His comrades are probably his offspring. The resemblance is undeniable, especially their racks. Congratulations 🎉🍾🎈 👍
Thanks man yes those genetics run strong through there. An I'd say ur right few may have been his offspring or least from same doe possibly. Thanks for watching
Great shot placement and patients! I just stumbled on your videos and subscribed to your channel! Keep up the hard work!
Thanks buddy!
Awesome buck man!!!! Congratulations!!!
Thanks and I appreciate it 👊
Great buck!!
Good job brother that definitely a nice one
love those quartering away shots
That was great
Congrats buck down!
Good job buddaayyyyyy!!!!!!!
Damn, you absolutely drilled him. Great patients even better shooting, well done.
Thanks man it took alot of patience forsure its on big flat with steep cliff on 1 side so wanted to try to make sure he was facing away from that direction when I shot. I learned my lesson from previous year when 1 took a nose dive 🤣🤦♂️ thanks for watching
Great set. Some of the best footage I've seen. We'll done
Thanks Kenny!
Yea man I've sat the stand 3 time in 3 years an killed 3 studs. It's a jam up spot an killer funnel on side of steep mountain with cliff above an below. Thanks for watching
Nice shot!
Perfection at work l see you have the skills and what it takes to be a Real Archer !
Awesome buck congratulations but the bait pile ☹️
A real archer doesnt use bait
Great shot bro!
Great video unbelievable hunt awesome camera work I felt like I was out there with you 👏👍
Thanks man I appreciate it 👊
the 2nd time he came in, he was PERFECTLY broadside, i would've def shot then.. but HOLY patience....and Good shot!!! Congrats!!
The camera angle and the shot angle are often a good bit different. But yeah Weston held it together a lot better than I would have😂
Same I was like bro get him a few times haha nice WV buck dude!!!! That doe getting you pinned was hilarious during the interview!!!
perfect shot
Thanks man I love a slightly quartering away shot. Thanks for watching
Nice deer bro blessing
So after you train them to come to your bait and then you go in and kill him do you hang him on your wall, just wondering
Congrats on a great buck. My home state of good ole wv
It’s one of my favorite places to hunt
Amen
Deer season in WV doesn't start until September 25th though.
Previous years hunt durring early urban hunt. Thanks for watching 👊
@@westonsloan3669 Doesn't look like an urban hunt.
Guess u have never hunted in my area or town. Lots of mountains an woods not ur typical big city
Urban hunts in WV start 2 weeks before the regular state season.
11:10 on video what a riot doe just just chilling under ya then I jumped off my couch with dam train horn hahahaha
🤣 yea man with interstate close by an th living on mountain side with house on ridge an house in bottom of hollow the hear an see quite a few people. Thanks for watching
Awesome 🙏🎯👍🤝
Thanks buddy!
Top 👍👏👏👍
Nice!
Wow good video. God bless
Very impressive shot
How do you figure this??
🤣😂 the doe was like 👀 who dat!!
🤣
WOW!! I can't believe she didn't spook!! Lol!! I've did the same thing you was doing and I was busted!! Now I whisper and slowly look around me when I'm talking!! You was covered up with deer!! All those buck's looked really good! Good luck and stay safe!!
Talk about deer acting like they’ve never been pressured..
Anybody else see the doe in the background lol man that's a blessing, but she knows where he sits now congrats on a nice buck.
Congrats. I hunt in the Western MD Mountains. To have that many mature bucks come in at one time is awesome. I can't believe they don't pick you out with thermals swirling. How high up do you go?
Another master baiter
🤣
My group I hunt with, we all use Treezyn camo. Great company honestly
Watched the rest of the video. Congrats on passing on him & getting him early 😊. Nice that he gave u a good shot. I don't care what broadhead u were shooting cuz I know what u weren't. The placement was good but next time things might go different like when the buck moves when the impact happens. In that case the result might be quite different. When the arrow goes in the soft part of the deer easily & then it plugs up on something hard on the other side so it can't exit then a problem exists. There are broadheads that will blow through that farside when they are a different design. Then u have the ability to make them scary sharp! When that arrow is in the ground with a triple blood trail to follow it frees u up for more time to scout or even quality time @ 🏡.
I live in West Virginia and bow season opens on my birthday this year! I’m hoping for a birthday buck lol. Congrats
Ya so how did he already kill this deer? Must be from 21/22 season im guessing?
@@DavidBowCrazyBabyak86 I’m curious as well cause season doesn’t open til the 24th of this month, not sure how
Wondering the same thing
@@DavidBowCrazyBabyak86 Sounds like he might be urban hunting with all the cars passing in background i live in WV and urban hunting where I live at started on sept 10th
Congrats, great buck and shot. Like the shot where the doe is walking around behind you while talking. Now that was funny I don't care who you are. Again congrats
Was this last years season congrats man
nice!
Nice deer. May I ask what the whiteish power they was feeding on is?
hahaha why he was talking out loud there were deer still eating
If you think that was tough imagine if you had to figure out where the deer were going and what they were eating instead of just luring them right where you want. It’s a lot harder but also a lot more rewarding. Feels more like hunting for sure.
Killed plenty without baiting try to self film them without getting them where u need them an then we can talk buddy. I scout an work as hard in these mountains as anyone I've seen. I hike 100lbs up steep mountain sides an feed in areas they feel save an Travel. So untill u really know someone an there work ethic prolly shouldn't make assumptions. Thanks for watching.
@@westonsloan3669 Good job. There is always the spear hunters with loin cloth who know more or do it better.
Heck yea man! Bout time got to get back in the algorithm!
Seems like we are finally getting a little push again
@@HaveBowWillTravel yea it’s bout that time folks searching the deer on YT should push you ! Hope so man good stuff
I liked hearing the sound of the occasional vehicle in the background, urban stealth like hunt. What's the brand and model of your bow if you mind me asking? Good job videoing the deer, nice healthy-looking animals.
It was a Martin Adix 30
Thanks buddy thanks for watching 👊
Nice YOUNG 8 point at the start. Be a dang monster in a couple years no doubt. Here in Texas the season starts October 1. You guys are already killing deer 👍. Awesome looking country and acorns must be dropping?
Looked to me like they were eating from a trough. I could be wrong
Must be last years hunt; WV bow season starts Sept 24th; otherwise this was poached 😅
Bait pile
When I think of WVA hunting I think of driving through there on I-77 and all the deer that feed at the edge of the interstate. You won't see that in NC.
U got that right more deer along are road ways than anywhere I've ever been.
Having enough food and minerals keeps deer around all day too. Miss hunting WV
Yessir it does an getting up in places they feel comfortable is a big help too. Thanks for watching
The doe in the background
What do you feed those deer?! They loved it! Tia!
A mix I make up with corn roasted soy beans sweet feed an black oil sunflower seeds.
Nice buck congratulations and good luck to the rest of your season and hey if you ever get out to Western Minnesota let me know would love to bow hunt with you
I would love to know how this was possible saying season starts 24 of September in WV
Was from 2019 urban archery hunt.
@@westonsloan3669 ok thanks so much just got rained out of my sit
Congratulations on a hammer of a buck! Just curious as to what bow your shooting, kinda looks like a Martin.
It was a martin
@@HaveBowWillTravel nice. I hunt with a 2020 ADX7. Been a Martin guy for years only problem is not many dealers found on the east coast.
Looks like a bunch of pets to me 😂
U said u were going to stick around while u had a yearling right behind when u were doing a testimonial. That was impressive on what these deer in this habitat will tolerate with all the noise. When those bucks were on that hillside b4 that they looked like a bunch of cocaine addicts looking uphill for some cop coming down an alley trying to bust them. I hunt 2 big public areas but I'm so far back that I have to take my mountain bike back with a cart & I don't even hear a vehicle.
Great hunting video! You can give thanks to God and your loving, supportive wife. What a team to have on your side. Congrats!
What is your biggest buck in West Virginia What county did you get it at
is it just me or did he shoot him on the left side and when he finds the deer the arrow is in from the right side ??
🇧🇷👏👍🇧🇷👏🇧🇷
Nice buck though
What ya gonna do with the rest of your season
Hahahaha that doe is great
How are you hunting in wv when our season doesn't start until September 24th ?
Previous year
There are urban hunts in WV that start 2 weeks before the regular state season.
What bow are you shootin?
That year it was at Martin adix 30
Private land is way to go w.v .public land is like a circus ya man.
Yea its kinda tough sometimes on public an the ones that are good are so rough an remote not many wana go though all the work to find em especially when they the terrain we do to hide in. Thank for watching
Looked like mineral madness. Hundreds of dollars in that dirt
So how exactly do you get a early season????? I live in wv and season dosent start till september 25....
Urban hunt from a previous year
Thanks for clearing it up! Great buck buddy can't wait to let arrows fly!
Urban hunts in WV start 2 weeks before the regular state season.
Amazing what that yellow stuff will do
Yes it is
You came to the right place to see it, I don't think they've ever killed one without bait.
Hunting supposed to be survival not a game.RESPECT NATURE.
If your not baiting your just waiting club President..
🤣👊 thanks for watching
I'm not blasting you for baiting hunting is hunting nice deer congrats.
Obviously a city hunt on deer with no fear
Yea they Def are city deer. It's a steep mountain side with big flat in middle where I hike 100lb of feed up on my back to get it where they travel. Houses up on ridge an on bottom of hollow. They Def used to people an noise but still know when there being hunted. After shooting my target buck that day. The other bucks never daylighted there untill rut in late October early November durring the rut. So they Def not that easy. Thanks for watching
I live in the Davis Creek area and have them in my yard every day up until about mid October then they become nocturnal and only reappear when one the does are in heat then they start coming back out in daylight hours around Christmas. These deer around the house act the same way But if I go deep in the woods to hunt you can tell the deer definitely do not act the same way
What where they feeding on?
A feed mix I make up
