    FYI: you're still reaching new viewers to this day. I needed this. 65yo F, outta shape and tired all the time. Started 3 mos ago. Very sore first 2 weeks, and couldn't finish routine. Now I'm going to start the 2.0 version, and build upon my fitness. Lost the 10 lbs I wanted to. Thanks for the inspiration, Inger.

    I give this Woman major respect. I just tried this for the first time, and MAN IS IT HARD!!! Not only does she make it look easy, but she's smiling while doing it! I hope that with daily practice, it gets easier.

    I would just say that today is 6th month as i first time have seen this movie. This tabata workout was a beggining of my body and life style change. From 25% of body fat and lots of difficulties to finish this training once now im below 10% body fat and still doing it (with proper diet). I was doing it EVERY day during 2-3 months because i knew i was too slow , too weak. Of course with the time I added another sets of excercise but this one is still my favourite. By the way - TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY AT THE GYM and everything has started with that 9 min movie. Thank you for lots of motivation.

    She's made the perfect youtube workout video. Everyone can do it, it works every muscle, it's highly space efficient, highly time efficient, and it's scalable (you can do it in rounds as you get fitter). And it's beautiful to look at with a motivating soundtrack. It's like art.

    First time I did this I thought it was pretty easy. Then I realized it's all about the intensity and how much effort you put in. When I did all the exercises at the same pace as this girl it gave a really good workout. Damn, this girl is fast!

    I've had the 7 Minute Workout app for about 5 years now. I cycle through different moves as needed. I found this video and I don't know if it's the music or the demonstration (or probably both) but it makes me put in 10x the effort everyday. THANK YOU!

    Thank you very much for these Workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
    For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
    I also try to give people a bit of motivation to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

    Omg!!! I'd love to be in her shape!! I'm gonna try to do as many of these exercises as I can.
    I'm 56 weigh 200lbs. I've had my neck broken three different times and my entire spine has been fused.
    I ve never had any problem with weight until 2013 when at 50 yrs old I was told I had acute leukemia and spent 6 months bedridden due to hemorrhaging while undergoing extensive rounds of chemo.
    Since then, my metabolism is non existent. I eat very little but still gain weight 😩.
    I want my size 5 figure back...I pray I can do this!!
    Please say a prayer for this Grandma... I'm gonna need all the help I can get!!! 🥰🙏🙂

    3 months ago I started my workout journey. It was this video got me motivated. Did this routine long enough to have sign up to a local gym and started a new 4am gym routine. At the beginning I could not even finish 10 push up in 30 seconds. Now I am able to do 20 push up in one go.

      22 push-ups; she shows visible exertion so I wouldn't say it looks easy but it's a good set. 20 reps for 5 sets is a good start for push-ups, and it's perfectly fine going down to 10 reps at a time if you fail at 20's on your way to 100. What's most impressive is doing this workout so quickly with perfect form.

      Try knee push ups if normal style is too hard. Keep your knees back though otherwise they end up taking the weight.
      Better to do less weight with good form than struggle and have bad form.

    I used to be very afraid just thinking of doing 1 set of it. Today I did 5, with 90 sec rest between sets. Felt Great!! My target is 10 sets, Hope I'll get there soon!!
    Now, I have decided to update my progress!!
    Update-1 (14/12/2021) - 5 sets of these feels normal now with no rest, Will push for 6th Set!!
    Weight - 77 Kg
    Body Fat - 20%
