I would just say that today is 6th month as i first time have seen this movie. This tabata workout was a beggining of my body and life style change. From 25% of body fat and lots of difficulties to finish this training once now im below 10% body fat and still doing it (with proper diet). I was doing it EVERY day during 2-3 months because i knew i was too slow , too weak. Of course with the time I added another sets of excercise but this one is still my favourite. By the way - TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY AT THE GYM and everything has started with that 9 min movie. Thank you for lots of motivation.
She's made the perfect youtube workout video. Everyone can do it, it works every muscle, it's highly space efficient, highly time efficient, and it's scalable (you can do it in rounds as you get fitter). And it's beautiful to look at with a motivating soundtrack. It's like art.

Thank you very much for these Workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! Omg!!! I'd love to be in her shape!! I'm gonna try to do as many of these exercises as I can. I'm 56 weigh 200lbs. I've had my neck broken three different times and my entire spine has been fused. I ve never had any problem with weight until 2013 when at 50 yrs old I was told I had acute leukemia and spent 6 months bedridden due to hemorrhaging while undergoing extensive rounds of chemo. Since then, my metabolism is non existent. I eat very little but still gain weight 😩. I want my size 5 figure back...I pray I can do this!! Please say a prayer for this Grandma... I'm gonna need all the help I can get!!! 🥰🙏🙂

3 months ago I started my workout journey. It was this video got me motivated. Did this routine long enough to have sign up to a local gym and started a new 4am gym routine. At the beginning I could not even finish 10 push up in 30 seconds. Now I am able to do 20 push up in one go.

22 push-ups; she shows visible exertion so I wouldn't say it looks easy but it's a good set. 20 reps for 5 sets is a good start for push-ups, and it's perfectly fine going down to 10 reps at a time if you fail at 20's on your way to 100. What's most impressive is doing this workout so quickly with perfect form.
Try knee push ups if normal style is too hard. Keep your knees back though otherwise they end up taking the weight. Better to do less weight with good form than struggle and have bad form.

This was my number one workout during 2020 lockdown. I used to do it at least twice a week. Rest of the week would be weight training sessions.
So proud of myself, after getting to 24 without ever doing any exercise, today I managed to do this whole routine and stick till the end.
