My mother has been cooking chicken feet for years, and you could not have paid me to eat it because she just likes chicken feet, my mother doesn't put love into her food, she just cooks, so she can eat. LOL She doesn't even cut the nails off, just boils them with salt & pepper. Anyways, I started eating chicken feet when I first had Jamaican Chicken Feet Pumpkin Soup and again when I had Nigerian Curry Chicken Feet & Rice. I also had Jamaican Browning Chicken Feet, so I guess I eat chicken feet now, cooked properly that is.. I Am African-American and I am obsessed with Nigerian & Jamaican food. I will be trying this recipe as well, thank you Daddy's Kitchen!
