I love how the world around Mando stopped as soon as he saw Grogu.
Ese momento en el que salto Grogu a los brazos de Mando me lleno con lágrimas en los ojos 😭❤️❤️❤️
I love how he gasped after he said what he was in disbelief lol
My world stopped too
The way Grogu immediately jumped into Din's arms the second he saw him was so beautiful. Amazing moment for the character.
It was such a special, magical moment
I felt so verklempt
Tears literal tears of joy
@@gypsyluck1494 same here
He chose his dad ❤️🥺
These two are legitimately the best thing about Star Wars right now. Without them, I'm not sure there would be much interest in the franchise at the moment.
And cgi skywalker
@The Jedi Master No!
@The Jedi Master It will contradict the canon as Luke said in the Sequel Trilogy his first official student is Kylo Ren who was corrupted by the Dark side hence Luke stopped teaching but then Rey comes to him and change his mind.
@The Jedi Master I mean Disney made Legends (comics) non-canon and they can do that because they owned Star Wars which I hate because Disney Star Wars sucks like the Sequel Trilogy are bad except for the Mandalorian series which is great.
it'll also explain why Luke was depressed when Rey found him in The Last Jedi his first non-official student Grogu chooses Mando over him and his second first official student turns to the dark side
"I'll see you again, I promise."
- Din Djarin.
Grogu: The way this is
This is too soon though. They shouldn't have reunited til the end of the next Mandalorian season at the earliest.

0:33 🥺❤️
The Mandalorian is officially a single dad🤣🤣🤣🤣 that's just so beautiful but he did have me cracking up when he refered to the beskar he gave him as a shirt🤣🤣🤣🤣
Another Dad moment*
That type of light armor is called shirt.
@@Mysikrysa it's called chain mail armor
@@Menibor1 You're both right. Light chain mail is the material and a shirt is what type of garment it is.
mando's first glance at baby yoda: "oh, here's here"
mando's second glance: "w h a t"
it reminds me of the reaction I would have to my dog being right at my side but not noticing she walked into the room! 😂
This is the way … it should be!! So glad Grogu is with him. A moment for Grogu is a lifetime for someone else. If Yoda died at 900 years old, I am glad Grogu chose the Mandalorian bc he has PLENTY of time to go back and learn to be a Jedi!
Then luke dies as well, who’ll teach baby yoda lol
@@ahiptothehop4077 Grogu isn’t the only force sensitive in the galaxy. He will train more people.
@@Regipannu
?
@@ahiptothehop4077 Force ghosts.
I find it weird he needs training at all considering he's had multiple masters maybe he has more force powers he just needs to remember
You can hear the love in his voice when he says you got the shirt and u can tell how pleased he is to have him wear it
I'm glad he chose the shirt, and it makes more sense. The chainmail was created by his dad, and has far more meaning to him then a lightsaber to a Jedi Master he might not of even been close too if he even remembers.
yes :(
We may not of seen Dins face but you know he was welling up you heard his voice go from bad ass to daddy in like 3 seconds flat . 🥺
🥺🥺🥺
that "little guy" and "buddy" sucha dad character
Mando is a big old softie and we love him for it. And darn it, we all love Grogu. As I'm writing this, I'm a couple of hours from my 42nd birthday and I am fine admitting that I have a Grogu plushie.
@@PeachWookiee your not alone I have the hard and build a bear one
@@PeachWookiee I’m gonna be 39 in 6 days lol
I love that breathless “what” Mando does when he sees Grogu. It’s like he cannot believe what he sees because he wished to see his child again for so long
Grogu didnt decided Mando over his Jedi way, he only made the same decision that Luke's made when he decided to help his friends in episode 5, Grogu is going to be a great Mandalorian Jedi
Just like Tar visla was
Bro that’s what I’m saying 👏👏👏
EXACTLY. This completely ruins that dramatic ending of Mando S2.
Jon Favreau wasn't the right choice to the writer for this, they should have picked Feloni.
@@nwing07__ No it doesn't. It just proves that they really belong together. They are unhappy apart and their separation taught them what they really want in life. Grogu wants to be with Din, he can continue training later after Din's time is over, he has centuries to learn. Let him spend this time with his new family.
@@SohiHien EVERYONE knows they belong together lol.
All i'm saying the time gap fom them separating to getting reunited is extremely short ... like very short which completely undermines the dramatic ending of S2 Mandalorian. They likely did this since S3 is coming out the same year.
This scene almost made me 😭 like dude it's a puppet but somehow they got us out all here getting attached and emotional for that reunion scene
The job they've done with the animatronic really is insane. I've never been so attached to an inanimate object. I mean, how many people would give up anything to have a real life Grogu with them? I certainly would
@@InvertedFreeSolo I see you've never seen Gizmo. Grogu's hairy cousin.
Using a puppet was a deliberate and very clever tactic by the makers of the series. They rightly thought that the cast would form a more convincing bond with an actual physical representation of The Child than with a rubber ball on a stick that would be replaced with CGI effects.
I would love to see Grogu meet Gizmo. There might be a critical mass of cuteness though.
@@zacmumblethunder7466 love gizmoll
I cried. I’m not ashamed.
I can literally hear the emotion in Din's voice-the relief and the tears-as he talks to Grogu and chuckles, and Grogu is literally smiling at Din. I feel emotional and happy for the both of them.
0:26 if you listen closely, it sounds like Grogu’s saying “Dada!”
For the two episodes before this, I felt that mando was very sad but trying to keep it together. I noticed that whenever he brings up wanting to visit Grogu, he perks up a little bit, like when he is talking to the Armorer about wanting to visit him. When he talks to Ahsoka, his fists are balled up like he is anxious, but when he looks at Grogu on the hill, one of his hands relaxes slightly. And then, during the rest of that episode and the first half of this one, he feels more depressed to me. Thats what makes this moment so emotional for me. The gasp when he sees his son, how he immediately holsters up his gun and moves in front of Grogu to protect him, and that breath of relief when Grogu jumps into his arms. He is relaxed, focused, and happy when Grogu is with him. Mando is an awesome dad!
So true!
indeed
The scene on the Jedi planet when Mando is talking to Ahsoka. "I've come all this way......He's right THERE!......" the yearning in his voice is heart-shattering.
It makes sense Grogu chose Mando over being a Jedi...this far. It proves one thing and that is, love is stronger than The Force. Love caused Anakin to make the decisions he made (even though) he fell to the Darkside it was the product of his love that ultimately led to his redemption. Grogu experienced a traumatic event in Order 66 and experienced the paternal love from Din (also a survivor and orphan) the Jedi Order couldn't give him. Yes, he went with Luke willingly but his heart was not in the Jedi way. I think he will pull a Luke and go back though unless Luke sticks to the old Jedi code with no attachments which would be dumb. It makes more sense Luke would give Grogu the lightsaber plus the armor even if Grogu chose the armor because Luke knows himself that love is stronger than the Force
I’m just glad that Din reunited with Grogu before Kylo Ren comes and destroys that school and all of the students 😭
I really don’t want to say it, but I feel like Luke was being a hypocrite to Grogu. He made him make a choice instead of allowing Grogu the same lifestyle he gave for himself. Luke kept his attachments, he let his sister be with Han and have Ben, and later, Ben was able to know his parents. So I’m not gonna lie I feel like he shouldn’t have made Grogu make a choice and he needs to rethink the teachings of the old order.
@@miranda13c that didn’t happen.
@@xxdreeamchaanxx8545 Luke had Grogu choose both.
He chose both Jedi & Mando way.
When they hugged and the music hit. This 250 lb 34 yr old man began to cry. Im not ashamed
Grogu: The way this is
Daddy Mando and Baby Yoda reuniting is the most wholesome thing Star Wars has ever made.
The finale of the season 2 of Mandalorian broke my heart, this finale mended it back together
That reunification is enough to make a grown man cry and that's ok
He did choose the armor. For a second there, I remembered my late Dad because he loves Star Wars like a religion. His favorite movie was Return of the Jedi.
A father's love, a parent's love is undefeatable.
It's like he wanted to greet and surprise his dad by jumping into his arms! 😭
"Look papa! I learned to do higher jumps!" 😊
Oh and is Grogu saying something like "papa" at 0:25 ? 😱😭
Yes! I thought Grogu said something like that also 😭😭😭😭
His first words
I heard “Dada”
I would have loved to see the look on Lukes face when Grogu chose Din Djarin.
That “I missed you too buddy” hits me right in the goddamn heart.
That scene was all I wanted to see!!!!
Din’s little gasp is so cute
Grogu understands the creed of mandalor, djin was in trouble, he came to his aid, this is the way.
"This is the way."
Grogu should be with Mando! Their relationship is very impressive. Star Wars has a variety of parents and children. Anakin and Luke finally repaired their relationship as a parent and child. They are also great parent and child, but for me Mando and Grogu are the best parent and child!
HE WANTED TO BE WITH HIS DADDY!
STOP IM A MESS.
Kudos to Star Wars for bringing them back together in time for season 3.
Yo stop making me tear at comments man.
When he jumps to hug him im not gonna lie, i cried
I nearly cried when Grogu jumped into Din's arms
0:25 This may be a stretch but Grogu lowkey sounds like he's saying "da da" after seeing Mando
i like how grogu said dada when that cloak went off him
00:26 dada!!!
The way grogu says dada is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen
0:30 the genuine fondness in his voice when he says "Hey, what are you doing here?" makes me so happy i love these space weirdos so much
When mando said that he'll help boba till the end of the line, i was hoping he said that he have nothing left to lose
SAMEEEE
Yes!! But i do get the same message from his tone of speech when he says “this is the way”
“Im with you till the end of the line”
Nothing left to lose? Not really. Mando kept a promise to Grogu that he'll see him again and historically, he always keeps promises.
One word here: OVERJOYED, my heart is singing!!! Couldn’t have asked for more with this reunion…. I haven’t been as emotionally invested into a series like for this a very long time. Well done to the show runners! 😭😭 Bring on the mandalorian season 3!!
All is right with the world. Cries. Grogu so wanted mando to take off his helmet. Just like he did before.
It wasn't Pedro Pascal under there, so they couldn't (he was working on something else at the time and phoned in the lines). 😞
Y’all here that soft chuckle Din let out at 0:49?.... excuse me while I go SOB😭👋🏼
The way Din says "You got the shirt..." 🤧🤧🤧
STILL NOT OVER THIS MOMENT!!! its making me cry every time!! and I love it!!! perfect reunion! the reaction of Mando to Grogu force jumping into his arms ah!!
Anyone is it just me or did grogu call him papa 😭😭 man best sceen ever and there are people saying it was bad episode 😡
Din and Grogu are the best duo ever. Their relationship is just so sweet and beautiful. I hope he remains with Mando till the end ❤️
anyone else hear grogu try to vocalize dada/mando .
I actually started to cry when this happened
its ok to cry
"You got the shirt" has got to be the most endearing line by Din Djarin.
The way he jumped in his arms
Grogu and his papa. Sweet moment.
What an awesome moment to finally see these two reunite. Aside from that, am I the only one who questioned how in the world that giant droideka caught up to them out of nowhere? Did it go into maximum overdrive or something? Can in roll into a ball like a droideka? The interaction between Mando and Grogu went on for some time as their carrier was running away from the giant droid, just felt so sudden.
"Finally" speaking as though its been like 8 seasons 😂
Droidekas are capable of folding up and capable of rolling at a fast speed. They show them doing it in the prequels
That's not a droideka. It's called a scorpenek droid
@@tonynewby7201 ?
Lmao maximum overdrive, I got that SpongeBob reference
Din broke the creed’s code to show his son his face one last time, grogu decided to not be the first student so he can be with his father again.. these 2 gave up their ways so they can be together, so touching
I always tear up when I see grogu jump into his arms. I used to always run and jump into my parents & grandparents arms back when I was 4 or 5 years old.
All we need now is a scene in which the Armorer forges a tiny Beskar helmet!
no the way mando's voice SOFTENED when he saw the baby 😭😭😭😭 and when grogu jumps into his arms too. my heart cant take it. they are too perfect.
edit: i forgot to add the "cant" in "my heart cant take it" lol
Grogu jumps at Din is so sweet I'm sure we all knew he would choose to be with DIn again.
It does sound like he says "Da da" just before he jumps up in to Din's arms. Love his little "uhh" as he jumped.
He said papa 😭
0:28 that GASP
"Mando + Grogu = (Father/Son/Family Forever)!"
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love how he calls it a shirt XD I mean it *is* a shirt but it’s just funny to hear him say that
This scene will always make me cry tears of joy 😭
Din Djarin has my vote for Dad of the Year.
This moment was soo heart warming! I am glad they are reunited!
I could be reading too much into baby talk but DID HE SAY DADA!?!??
😭😭that hug was beautiful😭😭
The most heartwarming father/son reunion since Peter and Tony in End Game.❤❤❤
😭I’m still grieving
Me too!!!
Warms my heart every time I see that scene oh my force it’s adorable can’t wait to see more of their adventures in season three which I’m hoping will b at some point this year fingers crossed 🤞
I watch this moment everyday cause it's free therapy
Din Djarin is Grogu's dad PERIOD!
Now there are two moments in Star Wars that made me choke up.
That scene was pure joy. If it could be bottled, the world would be much happier place.
Grogu and Mando’s reunion got me right in the feels like Spider-man did in infinity war 🥺
I love the new Grogu theme that they played here and during the training montage. Really beautiful Star Wars music, brings tears to the eyes!
The story of the Mando and grogu is a single father raising his adopted son in a rough world
It's enough to make a grown man cry and that's okay. You go right ahead Tear
I love that Disney+ is making some decent Star Wars content, Mandalorian, Book of Boba Fett and The Bad Batch, love them all
I love how grogu/baby today says papa when he sees mando
I'm honestly glad he chose Mando, he didn't need to choose, Luke made him, Grogu can build his own lightsaber and become a Jedi without him, in a way this was the beginning of Luke's downfall
Chose a father rather than a master
0:33 Oh, my heart! It's too full!😭
He chose his daddy 🥺
Impossible not to love Mando and Grogu together! 🥰
Luke must have let Grogu leave to save his adoptive father Mando, because Luke left in the middle of his training with Yoda. In order to save Han, Leia, and Chewy at Cloud City.
Grogu must have had a “force vision” where he saw Mando in mortal danger. How else would Grogu know that Mando was on Tatooine?
Yeah that is likely true. It would be a little hypocritical of Luke to tell Grogu to not have attachments when Luke never let go of his.
@@Christopher_Woods Right. The Jedi way is about being able to let go of attachments. Not giving up attachments all together.
A slap in the face to the Mandalorain 2 season finale. Thanks, Disney.
It was heartwrenching to watch Mando separate from Grogu...and heartwarming to see Grogu fly into Mando's arms!! Poor baby...he was trying to take the helmet off to see daddy's face again. So beautiful the way they interact with each other. We totally forget this is a little puppet. He has become real! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
0:32 it's enough to make a grown man cry, and that's ok 🥺🥺🥺
0:47 It's super quiet, but I'm pretty sure that's the first time Din laughs in the show.
Mando es el mejor padre de toda la galaxia.
I've got something in my eyes now.
Mando: Hey, what are you doing here?
Grogu: Saving myself from being killed by an emo kid in the near future.
Mando: What?
Grogu: School didn't cut out for me.
"You got the shirt. 🙂"
The Mandalorian Season 2.5 right here ❤️
There relationship always gets me so emotional and soft🥺
All I could think to say to that droid woman was “You brought a baby to a battle?!”
Even Beskar steel doesn’t protect Din from feeling.
What does Grogu say at 0:26 ? Dada?
Love is the strongest Force 💚
Nothing can top Mando's reaction to seeing his boy again
Imagine if Grogu was the main character of the sequals instead ma-rey sue
However the galaxy shapes up after the OT and ST, I imagine we will be following Grogu for a very long time.
@@trevorgerardfrederick yes they could actually bank off us with Grogu for generations.
