Is there a notification if WiFi goes offline and how stable has the connection been.

Question 1) How does the device know to send you an alarm notification to your cell phone if the app does not ask you to input your cell phone number during setup? 2) Would I still receive a notification from my home in the US while I am vacationing overseas? 3) If I want a neighbor to also receive a notification, would I have to give them my x-sense app login email address and password? Over Wi-Fi, not via your phone number. Just like any other smart device. You'll get notified anywhere in the world as long as your phone is connected to the internet.
