Nice ! If I needed about 10 water sensors in my house would I just buy the base w the three sensors and then add another 7 of the sensors to sync w the base ? And how is their support ?

That is very much how it would work. I can not say what their support is like as of right now I have had no need to contact them.
Hi! Do you know if you need to have the app open on your phone at all times for you to receive notifications of a water alarm?
