  • Howzit going everybody! In today's video I went diving with my good friend Rayse at one of our favorite spots. The weather's been horrible lately, but we got lucky with some diveable conditions and managed to get some of the best steamed fish in Hawaii. Enjoy!

Looks delicious! Questions: How long do you cook the fish, and do you eat the skin, or peel it off? Thx!

Mahalos! I ended up cooking the fish for about 20 minutes total. Had to put it back in the oven a few times after pulling it out and seeing that it was still slightly undercooked. I usually just eat the skin, but it's very easy to pull off if that's what you'd prefer.

What kind of shoyu is best for that recipe? Kikkoman or Aloha?
