What a Hammah. I'm 26 and can't shoot fish like you bro 😂 keep it up. For stuffing the Uhu though, I used to do it like you did in the video but there was too much oil and for me it was way to much sausage lol. To each their own, but for me the oil was just too much and it over powered the fish. Uhu is delicious, to get the balance right of sausage, oil, fish is hard but for me less is always more. If you cover with Mayo no need hot peanut oil on top. If you wanna make it crispy just uncover the foil after 45 minutes or an hour depending how big the uhu.
