One I have not played around with enough is Space Engine though I believe it's more of a PCVR experience. As noted on Steam: The world's first science-based photorealistic interactive 3D planetarium that models the entire Universe, using procedural generation for uncharted areas. I find it great for the times I want a mind blowing experience exploring near and deep space.
Thank you for this video. My wife bought a Meta Quest 3 after her employee brought one in to work and she tried it. She loves the plank game. She is not a gamer, has only really played side-scrolling Mario games and Mario Party. I am going to share this video with her because I am sure she would be interested in them.

I'm making a video about motion sickness! You can get past it. 10 minutes is fine, if you do it consistently your brain will get used to it more and more. Also try putting a fan blowing directly at you while you use it, make sure you are well hydrated and as SOON as you feel a little sick STOP. I get sick too with certain experiences and games, it takes practice. It gets better. Also playing in mixed reality instead of full immersion really helps me.

Seriously looking at pre-ordering the Quest 3S, after experiencing VR at a Moon exhibition at Perth (Western Australia) Museum. My problem is that I was born with no fingers on my right hand, my right palm is about half the size of my left palm, but I do have a thumb of sorts. I couldn't operate the right controller on the VR on the unit they had, but I read that the 3S will have body mapping, which, through the wonders of AI I guess, will allow the 3S to know where your hands are and what they're doing, thus dropping the need to have an actual controller. I really would appreciate any comments from users with a similar handicap, on both how you cope with the existing version, and any knowledge of the one to be released mid October. I only had around 10 minutes on the unit in Perth, but it blew my mind completely.
Hey there Tony! The Quest 3S is essentially the same as the Quest 3 in terms of accessibility options. As you have obviously seen from this video there are lots of non-game options that don't really require both hands. But in terms of games that you can play one handed, some of the very best out there are one handed. Walkabout Minigolf, Real VR Fishing, Beat Saber, Eleven Table Tennis, Pistol Whip, Puzzling Places and Demeo to name a few on Quest. If you have a PC that you can link it up to Half Life Alyx even has a one handed mode and even Skyrim! Also if you're using Steam games on you can remap the controls for games to the single controller. The experience will vary of course. There are also controller straps that have Velcro where you can attach them directly to your hand that might help if you get them on at the right angle perhaps. I'll be posting some hand strap controller grips that I just opened on camera in the next week or so. Hope these suggestions help! And hopefully more people add to this to give more insight. If you decide to buy a Quest 3S and you use my affiliate link you will get $30 Quest cash towards a game or experience and it'll support GameList+. Thanks for being a subscriber! Talk to you soon!

Thanks for the tip about Soloist. I am very much afraid of heights, so Ill try and see if it can help me. Or perhaps I simply will not be able to endure the experience.
I have a fear of heights and was watching this experience. A little while into the show, Alex was talking about how controlling his fear was critical for being able to scale these faces without protection. At that exact moment, my fears, (while just watching!) welled up so strong, i had to shut down the VR session! My heart was in my throat! I couldn't even control my fear enough to watch a program about controlling your fears while actually performing the act. What a weanie i am! Haha!

Year ago before they had today's headsets, there were headset frames that used you phone. That was my first experience, when I had to go to an at&t store for my mother. They were pushing the headset and showcased a video clip of you standing in a strange forest when a huge dinosaur comes walking by. I would love to see a VR of having a person just walking around during the Jurassic period.
I remember that! I tried that on my Oculus device that you put your phone in! I still have that thing someplace! Yeah we do need a good Dinosaur experience! The Jurassic World game is pretty cool! But it's cartoony. I'm looking forward to a realistic looking experience like that again! Thanks for watching!
It is a damn SHAME that Big Screen hasn't been fully debugged and developed. It would be worth the $$. I can show movies from my desktop and have my friends over. @aridari9168 you know what's really weird is that I have been a migraine sufferer my whole life and the Oculus quest actually takes them away. I think it's because of the relaxation that I feel when I play. Or it could be something that is actually doing to my brain I don't know 😂

Enjoyed the video. Two experiences I purchased on the Meta Store worth noting are Brink Traveler and Spheres. Horseshoe Bend is another good on too. 💥👍🏻
Isn't it a subscription based app? Would have loved to use it but as soon as it's a subscription with western pricing it's out of reach for most of the world.
@@slartibartfass5729 no Liminal is free, there are 24 free experiences which rotate weekly. We also offer subscriptions to unlock all the content but you can download it and try it for free.
Yes! I had to remove a single clip and replace it sadly. Bummed that all the previous comments and numbers had to go with it. But I was able to tweak a couple things. Lots of good stuff on the horizon!
Thanks for the links. Couldn't find some of these before I used them. Awesome video. I've had Liminal or whatever for like a year and not used it yet. 😮 Tonight I'll try the sleep thing you were talking about, instead of Pillow.
Yes claustrophobia makes it really bad, that's why FPS are so unbearable especially when there's narrow walls and ceilings. Try chewing on ginger root and camomile, helps some people.
Even space tourists experience motion sickness too. That's part of the experience of being in space. Get used to it if you want to be in 0 gravity situation.
I created the thumbnail! I had no idea there was an app called "Immersed" until after I released the video and a friend sent it to me. Apparently it's a good app too!
Frustrating part of Big Screen Beta is trying to watch an Amazon Prime or Netflix show with friends and family. Can't do it. I hit play and they see nothing.
Figmin XR also incorporates Tilt Brush while adding a bunch of other ways to add objects into the space around you. I am not in any way connected with the product other than I purchased it back when I got my Quest Pro and was very impressed. I need to fire it up again and re-learn it.
My next video highlights some more experiences! Less of them are cartoony, definitely a lot more realism. But I think they go for a little more cartoony stuff to make up for lack of processing power. Once the standalone headsets get more powerful the quality and the realism will improve a LOT!
It's a way to save space. Sticking too a cartoon style allows devs to save on memory space, because they can colors 3d model without the need of 2d texture (search vertex color). It's harder on the memory when you want a realistic style, because then you want base color, roughness, metallic, normalmap textures. It comes with a memory price.
Thanks for the question! I'm coming into this completely cold, and my big question is whether to buy the Quest 3 stand-alone, or get a new PC dedicated to it. If so, which PC? A big "beast" with top-end graphics card, or just a slim mini-tower, with a mid-range graphics (which is much better for office-space reasons). @GameListPlus - thanks for the reply here! Any comments on my question would be much appreciated. Great video, and very persuasive for the Quest 3.
@@stephenhosking7384 you definitely want a gutsy computer if you want to go the PCVR route. But it doesn't have to be too crazy. I'm on a 4070ti with (32gb ram I believe). It can run things beautifully. But I genuinely play more Quest 3 standalone. Turning on the computer to get it linked up and all is so much more of a process. I've always been more of a console gamer, the Quest 3 is like the console version of VR. Not as flashy yet, but so much quicker to jump into and put away for that matter.
@@GameListPlus Thanks! I do want to get the best performance from my (new) Quest 3, so I think I'll go for a high-spec laptop to make the hook-up easier than a PC. >> Not as flashy yet, but so much quicker to jump into and put away for that matter. Ease of startup, and putting away, is crucial for most us! I've seen other comments that the graphics look a bit "chunky" with the standalone Quest. I guess it depends on the game.
@@stephenhosking7384 it really does depend on the game. Red Matter 2 looks amazing, while Tropico VR looks super clunky. It ranges very dramatically. Yeah it's really intense. I've learned what the actual CAUSE of VR sickness is. I'll be talking about it in my upcoming video "10 Ways to STOP VR Sickness!" in September. Thanks for watching!
@@bobbyDig Of course it's not 8k, but the higher definition advertised will will still look better than lower resolution stuff like 2k. We still Look for 8k, not 2k, for better results, even though we know it's not not the same as viewed on a 8k tv. More, Pixels Per Degrees is where it's at...60 PPD is about the best our eyes can see, the Quest 3 is 25 PPD; still very low atm.
Oh no! That's rough, I know the feeling. Yeah there are certain experiences that truly make nausea intense quickly! Stay tuned for my "10 Ways to STOP VR Sickness". I'm working on it and releasing it soon!
he missed so much about these games, you can try these on the quest 2 also, and the forrest app, you can walk up to the hoving car which is blade runner, you can walk up to the car and look through the windows and see the light up dash and the MUG shot of a bad guy, or walk up to the building and talk to the halogram she is really nice.
That soloist stuff is basically watching a big screen tv. I wouldn’t all that immersive.. the technology isn’t there yet at least not for meta quest. I haven’t tried any of the others. There’s a few things that are nice but I don’t think it’s worth 300 bucks. The novelty wears off quickly.
More like $500! But it's not for everyone! The quest 3 is quite capable of better graphics than what the soloist presents. The content just has to arrive with higher quality! Can't wait to see what all of this is like in 10 years!
Big screen vr is a amazing app unfortunately it's infested with a bunch of underage kids that go around cursing at each other all the time and behave very obnoxious.
Have you played Batman Arkham Shadow?! It's incredibly good. Worth the system alone. Also here's my more recent video with non game visual experiences that are pretty dope! ua-cam.com/video/IjDPT3LP4Yg/v-deo.htmlsi=_OX2-OQRzx8Ho1J3
Awesome programs just a shame the characters with no arms no legs and no neck look awful and so uninviting They really shit the bed on that art style it just looks bad hopefully they update it or something
You mean in big screen beta? The avatars in most things are better than those. They just recently updated the main meta avatars, they look MUCH better now.
I think they went to Nintendo Wii (Mii) route with it. It would be great to if we can get the option to have cooler, more life like avatars in the future.
But content pretty much always wins over graphics... Look at the Nintendo switch! Still holding its own with PS5 and Xbox. Can't wait for the tech to catch up to vision pro though.
The meta quest 3 is a much more complete device with much more fun experiences. The Vision Pro is just another device to enhance the usage of your other Apple devices. The content of the Vision Pro can’t compete with the Quest at the moment
I bought a Meta-Oculus Rift S one year before they dropped their support of this product. The Rift S worked well until I updated my computer. Now two years later and after a year of Meta stupid suggestions for getting my Rift S working again, it's still not working. I have a $400 paper weight that Meta refuses to fix even though they say my new computer should not be a problem. I cannot recommend buying any Meta products due to their lack of customer service and having a chance of the same dropping of older products support. Meta basically has no customer service and only lip service!

VR animation player is something I go back to over and over. So much creativity out in the world. Elixir although it's been awhile since I been in that one. Anne Frank house is good as well as mission ISS (was really surprised to see a bottle of schriaza sauce on the space station LOL)
@@Starghost1999 thanks, hope someday I can try meta quest without headaches 😅
@aridari9168 you know what's really weird is that I have been a migraine sufferer my whole life and the Oculus quest actually takes them away. I think it's because of the relaxation that I feel when I play. Or it could be something that is actually doing to my brain I don't know 😂
Thanks very informative this made me think about really ..got ps4 ps5 xbox switch...hope this is the last frfr ..
Glad you liked it! If you decide to buy a Quest 3 please use my link! That supports GameList+ directly and you'll get $30 Quest Cash during the summer promotion!
Thanks so much for this. I am from the Atari generation but remember playing VR; Dactyl Nightmare back in the day. So I splurged on the Meta Quest 3 but really struggled on some games. So this helps a lot!!
Love it! Glad it helped!
Where to find any of this on quest 3? Are all these applications in the store?
It's all linked in the description below!
How do i access these on my Quest 3 ?
Click the links in the description and it will add them through your Meta app on your phone. Or if you are logged in on your computer to your Meta account the links will help you add them as well!
thanks so much!
Thanks for watching!
How is the voice command on these??🧐🚨 oh 20
I honestly don't know!
Thank you good information for a newby
Glad it was helpful!
Great vid!! I downloaded Wooorld, but just couldn't figure it out. I wish someone could take over Wander.
Thank you! I also recommend EarthQuest, it's really great! It'll be in my next video! Thanks for watching!
Enjoyed the video. Two experiences I purchased on the Meta Store worth noting are Brink Traveler and Spheres. Horseshoe Bend is another good on too. 💥👍🏻
I love it! I'll check Horseshoe out!
I liked Tripp better than Liminal. Maybe I’ll try it again
Tripp is definitely the much more visually stunning experience. I also highly recommend Realms of Flow!
Thanks for including us!
My pleasure! Great work on Liminal!
@@slartibartfass5729 You CAN subscribe, but there's a lot of free content to try out that is well worth your time!
Reupload?
Yes! I had to remove a single clip and replace it sadly. Bummed that all the previous comments and numbers had to go with it. But I was able to tweak a couple things. Lots of good stuff on the horizon!
@@GameListPlus kinda funny that this was the video I suibscribed for and now I see it again :D hope to see more quest stuff :) keep it up
Thanks for the links. Couldn't find some of these before I used them. Awesome video. I've had Liminal or whatever for like a year and not used it yet. 😮 Tonight I'll try the sleep thing you were talking about, instead of Pillow.
Hope it helps!
Why did the space walk make my palms go sweaty?? 😂
That means its working! 😂
Mission ISS gave me the WORST motion sickness ever. i had to go lie down after and try not to puke. :)
Ohh noooooo, I've been there. I'm making a video soon addressing VR sickness. Keep your eyes peeled!
I heard the coaster game is bad with that as well
Yes claustrophobia makes it really bad, that's why FPS are so unbearable especially when there's narrow walls and ceilings. Try chewing on ginger root and camomile, helps some people.
Yeah, I just commented similar…have NEVER felt sick in VR before but that one realllyyyyyy upset my stomach 😬
Even space tourists experience motion sickness too. That's part of the experience of being in space. Get used to it if you want to be in 0 gravity situation.
Cheaper than Disney land ❤
Haha right?!
For some reason reason, Forest VR keeps glitching when I turn it on? Anyone else experiencing this?
That's strange! I am not having that problem! Hopefully somebody can help you out!
Really awesome
Much appreciated! 😁
but not the immersed app like the thumbnail?
I created the thumbnail! I had no idea there was an app called "Immersed" until after I released the video and a friend sent it to me. Apparently it's a good app too!
@@GameListPlus haha you’re forgiven then
Looks nice, so chill! Thx for the video!
My pleasure! Thanks for watching!
Frustrating part of Big Screen Beta is trying to watch an Amazon Prime or Netflix show with friends and family. Can't do it. I hit play and they see nothing.
Dang! Yeah it's not without it's issues. Hopefully there is some kind of workaround.
Figmin XR also incorporates Tilt Brush while adding a bunch of other ways to add objects into the space around you. I am not in any way connected with the product other than I purchased it back when I got my Quest Pro and was very impressed. I need to fire it up again and re-learn it.
Yeah it's pretty amazing! I actually talk about it in the brand new video I put out today covering my top Mixed reality games! Thanks for watching!
Ir light need to have that! Vr wave for prescription lenses yeah+
Not sure what you mean! But Zyber VR does have prescription lenses! Make sure to use my discount code: GAMELISTPLUS for 15% off!
Its all good but I don't think it's that good if you have a 2 or 3 .
.IMO I believe VR needs COD after that a flood of games would be coming in
That would be nuts!!!
Astra was amazing and educational. It is short, about an hour. It's not free but worth it.
Absolutely! I put that on my 10 Must-try Mixed Reality Experiences! ua-cam.com/video/LUo_np37df4/v-deo.htmlsi=Bh2qG2eqamfvR4g5
Everything is like cartoons. Why does everything have to be so bright and so colorful.
@@remmahsrohtyou think they will come out with a better version then the pro that will allow maybe 1tb of memory to have more realistic experiences ?
You are negative, toxic, and annoying. Its colorful because it looks pretty.
Easier to run stuff that way 🤣
thank you
Thanks for watching!
I wish Meta would improve the resolution. I just doesn't cut it.
I hear ya, have you tried playing any PC VR on Quest 3? It looks amazing!
Just FYI if you haven't bought your Quest 3 yet, I'm an affiliate now so if you buy it through my link in the description it'll support the channel directly without any extra cost to ya!
Lol i saw this exact list plus some on another youtuber page 3 months ago
Maybe it was THIS list? I had to re-upload this. I originally released it in early March!
@@GameListPlus so that's why it all sounded so familiar!
!
Yeah I had to re-cut some footage to keep it online due to an individual's copywrite claim! I adjusted and added a couple things then republished it! I have new lists coming soon!
Skyrim VR PS4 Pro PSVR1, walking around in one of those groves feels like a Disneyworld experience.
Awesome! I have ayed Skyrim a ton, but not in VR yet! I have to do it at some point!
2:25, SpaceX launch, not NASA

Reality Viewer is very good.
I'll have to check it out!
Anne Frank blew me away on the Quest 2. I tried on 3, and it does look sharper
Pretty great right? Thanks for watching!
It's free or must buy again ?
All these experiences are free!
@@GameListPlus thank you
The Hiding Place is actually about Corrie Ten Boom and not Anne Frank 😉
I was corrected on that. My memory served me wrong. Lol thanks for that correction!
i want to see golden temple in 360 degree view
That would be cool!
Mission ISS is the only experience that makes me feel sick in VR 🤢🤮
Yeah it's really intense. I've learned what the actual CAUSE of VR sickness is. I'll be talking about it in my upcoming video "10 Ways to STOP VR Sickness!" in September. Thanks for watching!
8k VR-web girls! WOW!
🫣
One small step ( maybe more than one) from the real thing, a GIANT LEAP from a Sears Catalogue…
Meta doesn't play 8K. Not even close. More like 2K.
@@bobbyDig Get back to your hole....
The Hidden Place is the story of Corrie Ten Boom not Anne Frank. Same sort of story but different families.
I know I was corrected on that a little too late. I appreciate you! Thanks for watching!
Iss vr made me feel instantly sic I strafed left and that was it belly said uh no
Thanks for adding the info! I think they must have updated oniri forest! I'm gonna check that out! Thanks for watching!
the 360 short videos.
Absolutely! I'll be highlighting some favorites in an upcoming "10 Must-Play Visual Experiences on Quest 3"!
@@GameListPlus cool! i cant wait for the future of vr!!
@@seanw4606 Me neither! I have some pretty cool new visual stuff and tech coming in my new video on Friday!!!
After buying one everything gets downsized to one tenth
What do you mean?
@@GameListPlus all the so called features, most of them either stop working or are regionally restricted or too expensive to keep.
@@nr-xp3dc I haven't had that experience! Things have been getting better and better these days for me!
@GameListPlus I'm not investing my money in useless gadgets anymore. A mobile and small tablet is good enough to meet everyday requirements.
Big screen vr is a amazing app unfortunately it's infested with a bunch of underage kids that go around cursing at each other all the time and behave very obnoxious.
I hear ya! They need better muting options.
If that's the top ten, I'll be selling mine for sure,
Nothing here is amazing, nothing.
Have you played Batman Arkham Shadow?! It's incredibly good. Worth the system alone. Also here's my more recent video with non game visual experiences that are pretty dope! ua-cam.com/video/IjDPT3LP4Yg/v-deo.htmlsi=_OX2-OQRzx8Ho1J3
From SpaceX*
I know!! My mistake.
Got to the Anne Frank bit and that was enough
The final 2 items on the list are the best parts!
I like very much an experiece called "The Key"
I tried that one. It was really cool!
I just did the Apple headset about three weeks ago with my two daughters. Nothing is touching it. Nothing!
I haven't tried it! It's just too expensive for now. Not as much content either. But I hear it's amazing visually!
Awesome programs just a shame the characters with no arms no legs and no neck look awful and so uninviting
They really shit the bed on that art style it just looks bad hopefully they update it or something
You mean in big screen beta? The avatars in most things are better than those. They just recently updated the main meta avatars, they look MUCH better now.
Why do the avatars look like stupid cartoon characters? I mean is that really the best that all this technology can do?
I think they went to Nintendo Wii (Mii) route with it. It would be great to if we can get the option to have cooler, more life like avatars in the future.
Vision Pro visuals makes the quest 3 look like a 10 year old toy
But content pretty much always wins over graphics... Look at the Nintendo switch! Still holding its own with PS5 and Xbox. Can't wait for the tech to catch up to vision pro though.
The meta quest 3 is a much more complete device with much more fun experiences. The Vision Pro is just another device to enhance the usage of your other Apple devices. The content of the Vision Pro can’t compete with the Quest at the moment
Anne frank house vr
Pretty fascinating
I was kinda wondering the same.
@@FXSTB-iHave you tried it? It's pretty cool! It's a walkthrough of the same experience in Amsterdam.
That's super disappointing to hear, I have had good luck so far with my Quest 2 and now my Quest 3. I'll be extra careful with my Quest 3!
The Rift S was comissioned 2013 and discontinued 2021. Eight years is an extrordinary lifespan for such a high tech product.
I still use my rift S. I believe your issue is in the computer, not the headset.
@@trancegeminiRift S was released in 2019.
@@E96 Quest 1 was released in 2019, I know, it was when I first jumped into VR. Got four years before "official" end of life, still solid piece of kit.

Just an experience, not a game. It's a walkthrough of the actual museum in Amsterdam. Regardless if you believe the story, it's a really cool virtual space to explore!
flat...plate....that is the map... #mistakenlyright
I don't follow ...
If meta stopped spending on commercials like this but on actual software, maybe they wouldnt have been down 7bil in losses a year
