Hey I'm an audio engineer. I've been doing it over 20 years and absolutely love it! It sure is nice to see someone from THE band taking the time to publicly thank the guys behind the scenes.
This is a great series to do Brian! These guys behind the scenes who make it all come together, so that the "stars" can do their thing and entertain the fans, deserve this kind of credit and recognition more often. They are the unsung heroes that nobody thinks about when they balk at a ticket price. It takes a large team of hired hands to put each and every show on. Experience, knowledge and expertise come at a price (not enough I'm sure). Loyalty and trust are priceless. Thank you Andre for all you do! And thank you for being such a genuinely kind and hospitable person when we met. You were as equally memorable for me as the band was that day. I really appreciate all you did. Peace.
And this is one of the many reasons why Head is my all time favorite guitarist and koRn is my all time favorite band.. been a fan from the beginning days and the fact they're still cool as hell normal down to earth dudes , is what has helped their career endure so much. Love that you're showing love to your crew like this. I've toured and worked as a tech like your dude and it's rare to get the open recognition deserved.
Ill never forget in 1995-6 seeing Korn in Asbury Park NJ at the Stoned Pony.....wow it was the most amazing thing ever...tiny club...it was epic!! They played the blind intro for 45 minutes and then....ARE YOU READY!!!!!! It was so insane! I was 15.
This is brilliant! I always respect band's team. Without them there is no live shows. They are incredible people. And most of them are great musicians too. Brian, do more interviews with Korn's crew.
This is great! It takes a village! We are so grateful for you and your commitment to the band so they can play for us! You all have talent & are appreciated! Keep touring!
Brian, this is an amazing video. Showing support for those who help you make it happen on stage is simply amazing!! Shining some light on your people who work so hard for you, you don't see this often enough. Thabk you and love your music
I'm glad you gave your stage crew credit.. Sometimes I feel like they dont get appreciated enough for what they do. So much stuff going on. They bring the stage to life.. Can't wait to see you guys in September!!🤘🤘🤘
Wow so cool of you to do that. That give me goosebumps , you guys rock .keep doing what you love to do. you making me plus millions of people happy. Peace!!!🤘💙🤘
Having been an IATSE stagehand (turned licensed and certified massage therapist), back in the day here in Peoria Illinois, I ALLLLLLLLWAYS have a great appreciation for the "behind the scenes" videos and interviews. THANK YOU for this video, much appreciated........
Thank you Andre for all you do behind the scenes! I hope Brian will continue to play the drumstick on his guitar for our greatest pleasure!!! Nice pictures at 1:48
My ex husband use to have his own big rig and we would bid on setting up tours back in the day. That's one of the main reasons we did it to see the shows and have the best seats or standing room for the show. This was so long ago but prior to 2002. We had a freaking blast. He aslo played drums and bass and I played drums, piano and the trumpet and I saw korn at Woodstock and I was carrying around my trumpet playing at the show. Fun freaking times!
Cool. I dig this one, showcasing a different (overlooked) side to the life. I loved being a roadie and tech when I was 20 for a sweet band, I had much to learn for sure.
4hours for guitar setup? still better than most 8 hour jobs! Thanks Head for sharing your team with us fans , when you guys will go to Edmonton AB Canada?
