I agree with you on most of your points, but I sort of disagree with you on politics in Fallout. Someone else said this already, but Fallout (At least Fallout 1,2 and New Vegas) has been political, and it seems it's at its best when politics are involved. I agree with you that politics shouldn't be in this show but with the caveat that MODERN POLITICS shouldn't be in Fallout. I think it's possible for there to be politics in this Fallout show, so long as it's the politics in the show world. I would consider Fallout New Vegas to be political, but the main political conflicts are based in the game world, not our world (IE: The Legion, who offers stability to the Mojave at the cost of personal freedoms v The NCR who is a democracy, but is bloated and heavily taxes their citizens.). I think if the show did something like that, it could still be political, but without reflecting modern-day politics. Fallout is literally about politics!!!! Yes a game series that is a satire on amerikai Culture will be Political. Fallout 1 was literally one of the first games with gay marriage for gods sake (in 1998) the whole game series is a satire on 1950s propaganda
Fallout is not about politics, it’s about surviving a post nuclear wasteland. You are correct in saying it is satirical of 1950s propaganda, what I was trying to say is I simply do not want to see any modern day politics in the show.
