Also wouldn't be upset at a Kung Fu Panda win. 2009- Up is good, however I believe Fantastic Mr. Fox deserved the win this year. 2010- Toy Story 3 is my favorite Toy Story! But also, Sorry Dreamworks maybe next time. 2011- Rango is so, so underrated, Puss and Boots/Kung Fu Panda 2 were also great. 2012- Brave was ok, but Wreck-It Ralph is far better imo. 2013- Frozen is also good, Have yet to see Wind Rises so idk if it was better sorry. 2014- Big hero 6 was fairly good, but no nomination for The Lego Movie? Huge disappointment. (Also maybe next time Dreamworks) 2015- Inside Out was great, Shaun the Sheep was great, and I've heard great things about Anomalisa. 2016- Zootopia was good, Kubo looked amazing but the story was kinda underwhelming for me personally. 2017- Coco was a nice return to form from Pixar, Loving Vincent also looks great. 2018- Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse is my favorite movie ever. Still so glad it won! 2019- Toy Story 4 was ok I think but once again, sorry Dreamworks maybe next time? And now for the years not featured in this video. 2020- I'm not sure how I feel about Soul winning, I've heard Wolfwalkers was better and I know people who've seen and loved it so idk. 2021- While Encanto was definitely deserving of the award, I still can't decide if I would have preferred The Mitchells win it. 2022- I’m very happy Pinocchio won this year. Sorry Dreamworks.

2001- Shrek is a classic but personally would have given it to Monsters Inc.
2002- Spirited Away deserved it 100%, no debate on this one.
2003- Finding Nemo because I haven't seen the other nominees.
2004- The Incredibles is an easy win, Shark Tale being nominated still upsets me.
2005- Wallace and Gromit was great, the other nominees are also excellent.
2006- Happy feet holds a special place in my heart despite all it's big glaring flaws.
2007- Ratatouille is a masterpiece and obviously deserved it's award.
2008- Wall-E is my favorite Pixar movie!
(Also maybe next time Dreamworks)
2015- Inside Out was great, Shaun the Sheep was great, and I've heard great things about Anomalisa.
The Spongebob squarepants movie could've won instead of incredibles but that's a hard choice
@@paperchasindude6578 Spongebob deserved the nomination over shark tale but idk about it actually winning.
@@TheSonicBros1 same but it definitely should've been nominated
@@paperchasindude6578 HELL NAH, you funny
I have to agree with you on Into the Spiderverse!
never realized how accurate this award is, I complain a lot about their choices on best picture but they always get this one right
Except for brave that movie was so bad even as a kid i watched 20 minutes and turned the tv off and rewatching it as an adult really didn't change my opinion
in 2009, Kung Fu Panda deserved the oscar :(
Kung Fu Panda should've won because it is way better and it had better story and voice acting than Wall-E
@@noone39373 LIES baby lies
@@beznatrap Why?
@@noone39373 You've gotta be fucking kidding me, please tell me you're being sarcastic
@@zachatck64 wtf is you're problem? Kung Fu PANDA was better than Wall-E now leave
I don't have the heart to watch this knowing that none of the How To Train Your Dragon films belongs to this list. Snubbing such a spectacular trilogy all three times was criminal.
Personal views on every ranking
2001: Eh I prefer monsters inc but I’m glad shrek one just cause of how many oscars Pixar has now.
2002: Lilo and stitch is one of my fav movies of all time but gotta agree spirited away.
2003: Never watched De triplets but finding nemo is better than brother bear so I agree.
2004:
Forgot I was typing this well imma finish it
@@qingpetcher667 u still haven't finished it lol
@@divraj_doimari lol
I find it hilarious, yet amazing, that the director who made a franchise about a man who is trying to survive in a harsh deserted wasteland, made a film about dancing penguins... and won!
Toy Story series will always be my childhood favourite ❤️
dude, how much i want CARS to be on this list
I was thinking the same thing!
@@dcmemes4320 Still, Happy Feet 💯 % deserved that win!
@@traydaniel0403 Yeah, it really did

When that Dragonheart score "To the Stars" caps off the video. Chills. Tears. God I love movies.
I'm glad you like it 🙏🔥
"Your name" should've been here tho...
Criminally overrated, It has so many plot holes
@@paozan4855 Every movie has them, there is not a perfect movie, still your name is a very good movie
@@paozan4855 plotholes like?
@@paozan4855 Every Pixar movie is overrated
@@pollopoer9073 Not all the movies, but I can argue that Toy Story 4 was very overrated that year, the other movies deserved more
Bro why am I so emotional after this 😂😂😭👏🏾
wish there were more japanese anime movies like a silent voice and your name
I think if they have studio distribution from US
I like how 2002 and 2003's winners came from the same year.
Japanese anime should be recognized more, they make incredible animes!
