these lights look pretty good--but I think the battery life on my Godox ML60bis is better. B&H says there's a 30-minute run time on the X100s with the rechargeable battery at full brightness. still good, but not enough for me to switch, i think. though the lux is impressive, nearly twice as bright as my Godox with the reflector. godox is 10,100lux at 3.3m vs. 17, 317lux for the x100s.
Dang I haven't tested the battery life but it's gonna have to be more than that for me! Though to be fair, 100% is pretty dang bright. We'll be putting these thing through the paces and coming out with a comprehensive review for wedding filmmakers soon!
@@WeddingFilmSchool yes I have seen it and it looks quite well made. My question was regarding the actual size of the Fresnel attachment. If it’s the size of the one I have or the aputure fresnel for Bowens mount, that size would mitigate the actual tiny size of the light itself. While that combination might be lighter tha. The 60x aputure, I’m not sure what the net gain would then be if that makes sense?
Commenting to add that while the battery does not work on the G60, it does have a usb C port and can operate off of a power bank

Wonder if a Stella reflex fresnel would work on these?
Any Bowens Mount fresnel will work. We just tried one out!
@@WeddingFilmSchool how big is it though?
The bowens mount has its own light stand mount. It’s seems very sturdy
