You know what I like to imagine for Hank and Dean?
I like to imagine that in their adult years they become their own brand of adventurers. Not boy adventurers. Not super scientists. They do it their own way.
Dean doesn't become a super scientist. He becomes a detective like he dreamed. He hones his intelligence for forensics and criminal investigation, not for inventing. Then he reports his findings as an online journalist on his off time.
Hank follows in the footsteps of Brock like he always wanted. He trains his body and mind for combat. He's not great with heavy artillery but he's agile, quick on his feet and does great with light weaponry (likely inspired by Batman). Like his two heroes in life, Brock and Batman, he refuses to use firearms.
Together they are the Venture Brothers. Dean Venture, the private investigator, and Hank Venture, his bodyguard. The best version of team venture the world has ever seen. Not defined by trauma or sibling rivalry but by solidarity and strong sense of self.

I think the best outcome of the movie would be them not getting either of those. If you pay attention to the themes, and recurring ideas all of the boy adventurers are haunted by emotional and psychological problems bestowed upon them from their fathers. If Dean and Hank both got either of those, they would just doom their own children to the same fate as their father Rusty which also to a degree impacted them.
Not necessarily. Just because it's still adventuring doesn't mean it's the exact same thing as what Rusty or Jonas did, nor does it mean they have to repeat their mistakes. If they have children, they could be honest dads who don't involve their kids against their will.
I don't see how this misses the point. The boys aren't *inherently* against the adventuring life (or at least Hank isn't. He seems to thrive off of this stuff in spite of how much Rusty pushes him to the side).
I'm basing this off of what the boys said they wanted for themselves. The shows central theme is the dangers of trying to live up to familial expectations and how that can tare family, especially siblings, apart. Just because what I'm describing is still adventuring doesn't mean it isn't going against their father's expectations.
The best potential outcome for the show will be if Hank and Dean are put in a tight spot, and, knowing that there are no more backups of themselves, give it all up to save the people they love.
Essentially, coming full circle from the season one finale. We wrap with a huge montage of all of our characters finding whatever their solution or solace may be; in the background we see that the much-maligned statue of Jonas Venture at the entrance to the estate has been replaced by a statue of Hank, Dean, and Uncle JJ the Chairman with his levitation belt, together forming the 'Go Team Venture!' once more for all time.
Dean will end up as a cross between Batman and The Question and Hank will be a cross between Batman and James Bond.
Both will be Batman.

I'm surprised you didn't mention that not only does Malcolm have rights to half of Jonas Seniors money, but also he is a rightful heir to the Sovereign since Dean Venture stepped down.

Monarch as Sovereign? Would explain why Killinger said "Not you" to Monarch when he got excited about sitting on the council. It could be that he's destined for something greater.

A mad scientist making Bobby disappear on the TV could be a visual representation of how Doc drove her away because of his science obsession.

Doc has a science obsession? He's been a pretty bitter, grudging heir to the Venture fortune, and seems to do it more out of ego/obligation than any actual enjoyment of the scientific process. That's why almost all of his work is just ripping off something one of his relatives designed.
The only things Rusty seems to like are amphetamines and writing a musical about himself.

That explains alot also with Hank the reason why Doc dislikes him so much is because he looks so much like his mother

I think he basically “hates” him, because he acts too similar when Doc was in his rusty phase. He feels more guilt than hate towards him, because he fears he will become just like him.
It's not that Doc dislikes Hank. He's frustrated with Hank, because let's be honest...Hank is perfect for the adventuring life. He's clever, resourceful, brave, he's got a good heart and sure he's not too bright but he does have moments that make you rethink that goofy, carefree act he puts on.
Also, you said we’ve never seen The Ventures dead broke? Doc had been selling his stuff to scrape by since season 1, especially to St. Cloud. I actually loved the parallel of The Monarch being at the top of his game at the start of the show, and slowly declining, where Doc has been slowly rising and getting more and more successful throughout the series.

That was such a great detail about Rusty too. Everybody thought Hank & Dean were throwback homeschoolers, but Rusty was such a weird, homeschooled kid himself that he couldn't even conceive of selling his massive super-science compound and just buying a mansion and living off of licensing/residual money. Like 90% of his problems came from him insisting on perpetuating his super-scientist upbringing instead of being a rich heir.

Also maybe Jonas Senior was orginally trying to make a perfect clone but because he used the monarchs mom as a template he accidentally caused Rusty to be born and when Rusty was in the womb he Absorbed the perfect clone which was supposed to be Jonas Jr .....Sorta like in Metal Gear Solid how Liquid snake was supposed to be the perfect clone and Solid Snake was supposed to be the clone with all the ressesive traits....
I think if Season 8 had gone as planned, we would have seen Hank transform into Scarebear, via Teddy Roosevelt's time machine.
This is supported by Dr. Henry Killinger teaching Hank when to kill a person. ...he only teaches people he knows are bad.

I think Hank is Brock's clone. Brock kept the illegal cloning secret from the OSI in return he gets a clone. The OSI won't let you have any women or children. That never sat well with Brock. (Hunter : "no women, no children, them's the rules")
If the theory of Malcolm, aka the Monarch, his Mother is still alive, perhaps the reason she didn’t contact them is maybe because she received severe amnesia. She lost her memory
I got a feeling Scare Bear might be Hank and Dean’s mother under the bear mask. This thought just came to me after I finished binging the show on HBO Max earlier as I write this, as I think that would explain how Scare Bear was able to find Hank and knew where Dean’s dorm room is.
I think thats a definate possiblilty, Cant wait to learn the truth.

I assumed it was Brown Widow because he had a beaver mascot costume and he was roommates with Dean. I acknowledge the costumes are on opposite spectrums, one being clean and cheerful. The other being bloody and aggressive.

@@ZigealFaust Doc couldn't even make a vacuum that worked. Billy is a surgeon and STATE university classes were too difficult for him. Phantom Limb is also nothing to write home about. He did something that a billion other super villains did, created some whacky machine that inexplicably made him an evil super powered villain.
These people are not geniuses, and you definitely can't compare them to all of the geniuses that have ever existed through history.

I noticed a long time ago that Doc is technically like 10 years older than the Monarch but they still seem to have similar ages. I couldn't really wrap my head around it, but I remembered that Doc is also a clone so the real Rusty Venture must've died years before Jonas decided to clone him again. Probably his first death lead to Jonas creating the cloning process?
We do see they went to college together too, so its probably not too far off.

I think the mysterious woman will just be Triana after her training with the Master. I feel like they built her up too much to ignore her. This would be cool because you could have a more mature Dean interact with her.

Now that you mention it, the French phrase "force majeure" _is_ grammatically _feminine._ Sure, it's possible that a male Force Majeure _could've_ just taken the name from the legal term without caring about the grammar, and I do think Force Majeure is referred to at least a couple times with masculine pronouns, but I think it _could_ also be possible, depending on the costume, internal Guild secrecy and security standards, and the means by which the Bowie-Sovereign _allegedly_ killed Force Majeure, that no one actually _knew_ "he" was a woman.
But then the question arises: Bowie had a perfectly good reason to _actually_ kill her, not just lie about it... so why _let her go?_ Did Bowie really fall for the classic supervillain thing and _assume_ she died just because _"no one_ could've survived _that!"?_
I have to admit, instinctively this theory feels a bit far-fetched, but it _is_ fun to think about.
My running theory is that PP has moles planted in the OSI that are growing Jonas Sr a new body and we’ll learn that Rusty’s mom is or possibly was in charge of PP but was killed by Jonas because let’s be honest he’ll have anyone killed for any reason

Watching this after the movie came out was fun.
I'm not sure about the 'older hank theory' going around, I'm still banking on Scare Bear being the time shifted Sampson from escape from the house of mummies part 2. Go watch the after credits sequence for it and tell me that's not at least plausible considering he's dressed as a bear.

David Bowie is dead, in the last episode we see him you can see a foot soldier randomly killing him in his eagle form.
Also I'm betting both that the doc's final invention will be time traveling (and that that's how they will meet the mother and maybe even força Majora) and that the doctor will be the one directly responsible for the movie night massacre at gargantua 1.

I think in the movie Hank & Dean will meet the original more successful versions of themselves living a normal happy fulfilling life, I’d love to see Triana come back, maybe she’s come to visit her dad & is already a well trained sorceress that outshines her father, perhaps Dermott will make a final appearance maybe dropping out of the OSI after they caught him doing something extremely Dermott. I wouldn’t be surprised if the movie is about destroying the status quo, at the end of the day, the Venture business goes under, causing Rusty to dive all the way back to level 1 or 3, Monarch will decide to say fuck it & will sabotage himself to lower his score to match Rusty again. Meanwhile the guild is splitting at the seems to the return of both Force Majeure & David Bowie reveal some ugly truths about the osi & Guild. Rusty finds his dad being experimented on by the OSI super science division & somehow gets into the middle of everything happening, putting him & the monarch on everyone’s target. Culminating in the complete destruction of both organizations & Malcolm & Rusty finding out the true cause of their rivalry. An old matchbook car that was stolen then lost in the Venture Compound yard.
Your theory at 9:30 sounds good. We already know that cloning leads to potential defects but so does incest. If Jonas used his own DNA sample to impregnate The Blue Morpho's wife (Jonas' long lost sister) the kids produced would be a product of incest. This could be why Rusty had Jonas Jr. trapped inside him. I'm not sure we'll ever learn Hank and Dean's mom. I think that's one loose end they'll leave intact.
I wouldn't be surprised if BM's wife had more to her than meets the eye. With this show though, you can never be sure of anything! Rusty and Monarch could turn out to be cousins instead of brothers or half-brothers for all we know. The possibilities are nearly endless.

Alright so here’s a half theory what if the David Bowie sovereign has always been morpho’s wife and that she is really the shape shifter I mean heck setting up a hit on yourself is one sure fire way for no one to suspect who the sovereign truly is cause who would suspect a dead person and it would explain why they never found her body because I do think that Jonas the psychopath venture wouldn’t turn up the opportunity to clone her and make her his or do something messed up to her .

My thoughts. Jonas does have a twin, named Ben. Rusty is a clone, in a long line of clones because Rusty isn't magically more death proof than his own sons in the same situations. Jonas is The Monarch's father (and The Blue Morpho is his mother, there I said it). The boys mother is Mantilla (blonde hair and matching nose), and not Bobbi St Simone. And finally Scarebear is actually Henchman 24, who never actually died (masked flaming heads only prove so much).

I found venture bros a few years ago. It’s perfect for this age of marvel and DC massive superheroes. You’d think it would’ve blown up being the perfect satire
Thoughts:
• Scare Bear is Dean from the future, or an alternate reality
• Hank and Dean have so many copies of their soul in heaven, that's what causes Hank to go off and quote stuff he's never heard/flash into a 50's style noir private investigator (he's got 15 versions of himself in the afterlife, bothering old people like, "Who are you, I'm Hank!")
• Billy and Doc get accidentally launched through time where they cause some of History's greatest tragedies by trying to prevent them, or inaction after "prevention" causes the disaster. Also that Doc (the "Villain") and Billy (the "Henchman") accidentally inspire the whole hero/villain schtick that will go on to plague Doc's childhood
• Monarch follows them, probably thinking he can off Venture in the past, before Guild rules existed, catches up to them on Gargantua-1: Learns how horrible Jonas Venture really is, that nothing he could do to Rusty would be worse than the childhood Jonas gave him (that Monarch, himself, is technically perpetuating Doc's torment on behalf of Jonas, as one of his experiments), that Monarch is Jonas' son that was genetically altered to resemble Blue Morpho (nailed the anaphylactic food allergy, and nothing else), as well that Vendata is Monarch's father altered by Jonas playing super scientist, and Monarch vents them all (himself included) out into space

Force Majeure was a dude... "David Bowie Soverign" was shot by Headshot. And The Monarch knows he's related to Doc, Watch or Ward spilled the beans - I can't remember which.
6:42 what evidence is there that indicates Jonas sr. Didn’t have sex with the monarch’s mother (blue morphos wife)? We know Jonas is a poon-hound and that he has no compunction with infidelity or crossing moral and ethical lines to attain his goals, and given how sexually uncontrolled he is, and makes much more sense that he would have had sex with the blue Morpho’s wife. Just the way he says to the blue Morpho to “bring the little lady over to my place and you have a child in no time because my super science is super potent!” (Paraphrase) indicates both by his inflection, tone, history with womanizing and sex his lack of moral compunction, when it comes to friends. One of the original team venture members. I think it was Colonel gentleman said that Jonas “collected friends” which indicates he sees them as objects or means, to attain his ends and not as full human beings with agency in south of their own. Case in point: he turns the blue Morpho into an abomination of a man/cyborg, hybrid, and then, as Colonel gentleman says, “but you know, Jonas eventually got bored of his new toy…” flashing back to the scene where the blue Morpho seems to conflate his personal memory of Malcolm, screaming as the plane is going down with Rusty, making him cry by stealing his toy, and in his hybrid mind seems to believe that Rusty is the cause of Malcolm’s terror and crying while the plane is going down. The point is I don’t see any reason to believe, given Jonas, his character history, and personal sexual conquests, even if it jeopardize his friendships, which again he sees merely as a means to an end, as he had no problem, blackmailing the blue Morpho with the sex tape of the two of them in order to get him to do his dirty work, and in the scene where the blue Morpho connects to Jonas’s head in the problem, when they are reliving those past scenes where Jonas implies strongly that he had sex with the blue Morpho, his wife, the blue Morpho seems to interpret that in the same way, saying “bad friend” with Jonas responding quickly “ I gave you a son didn’t I?” And I just don’t see any evidence that’s far indicating Jonas doing whatever this theory is saying. I personally think there’s more evidence over the course of the shows run that might imply all of the venture men being somehow the result of a clone of some Proto typical venture man. I mean, as we learned, Rusty was cloned several times it seems after being killed just like his sons and when Jonas, his head tells Rusty to get the cloning operation up and running through his Wi-Fi connection on his watch I think if it doesn’t mean all the mature men have been clones in someway, then it at least opens the possibility. And also what makes sense and so far is just says the “hunchback of Notre Dame” version of Dean was a result of the cloning process being repeated so much that the DNA degraded overtime. If we look at the succeeding generations of venture men, they consistently become more nebbish, ineffectual and less masculine, and definitely dumber with the exception of Jonas Junior. It wouldn’t surprise me if the Jonas man have a long history of either using super science to keep their bloodline alive or possibly blood magic as it is the investors who are so wrapped up in the guild, but it was the ventures, who actually conceived of the guild. Nonetheless, we already found out in the final episode that it is the case that Rusty and Malcolm are at least half brothers and maybe there’s a part of Malcolm that remembers their childhood or feels he has been robbed of his father and his birthright, or at least the recognition he feels he deserves over Rusty, but I definitely think there’s very little evidence. If any to suggest, Jonas Senior didn’t have sex with the blue Morpho his wife. It doesn’t track with Jones seniors, history and character to believe that he would rather make a test tube baby when he could just cuckold the blue Morpho adding insult to injury and then blackmail him with the sex tape. Maybe I am missing the point, but it also seems like it’s a rather Inconsequential point. But I’d like to hear why I might be wrong. Thank you.
I'm pretty sure it's implied that their mother is the same lady in video 24 showed Monarch as her name was mentioned then and while Hank was in purgatory. Yeah the one that Venture Sr. And Blue Morpho slept with. And Rusty lost his virginity to what would have been a woman in her late 40s early 50s.... and gotten his dads sloppy seconds. That'd be typical shit.
Force Major can’t be a Venture. Control of the Guild was wrestled away from the Venture line by Fantômas.
I thought the original guild was disbanded after the orb broke and then Phantomas started the new guild along with Red Baroon & Dragoon and a bunch of kidnapped musicians.
What if the original Hank and Dean never died. What if when their mom left Rusty she took the original boys with her. Rusty being the neurotic depressed loser that he is couldn’t handle not having his kids so he cloned them so he wouldn’t be alone. Or after the boys were born Rusty made the clones as a precaution in case they died and she found the lab and was so discusted by it that she left and took the originals with her. That’s why Rusty never told the boys her name because he didn’t want them going to look for her and find their original selves.
Also someone has to be responsable for Gargantua 1 massacre. I don't think a single movie can handle all this stuff.

i think hank and deans ages are messed up is because we see doc fry the boys by spilling coffee on the learning beds we dont actually see them so assuming they are 3 years old then because myra states the boys are 19 and there licenses show a date which hank notes makes no scene given there 16 and we know the clones grow i real time so the clones might not have been ready yet so there younger, and i think bobby left because she was just some fan of rusty that eventually ditched him but some of her hair or whatever was left behind and so doc made a testtube baby and used myra as the birthing mother hank being the blond un foreign extra kid and myra snapped because doc told her he accidentally fried them and didn't tell her about the slugs

She survived and is infact Gary's mom, making Gary and Malcom siblings.
Venture Sr slept with Jr girlfriend, so the bioys are Doc's brothers not sons. In fact Venture Sr turns out to be the father of every character.
Bowie is definitely dead, he was accidentally shot out of the sky by Headshot, while in his eagle form. But the twin sister theory is pretty solid 👍
scare bear is alternate universe brock that got abandoned by Rusty and he replaced Hank during some death event with alternate Hank

Idk if it's been mentioned, but in the old photo of Rusty & Malcolm as children, Malcolm's clothing matches Jonas, and Rusty's clothing matches the Blue Morpho. Maybe Rusty is a clone of The Monarch
10 bucks says the mysterious woman is Molotov Cocktese! We last saw her in Season 5 episode OSI love you. Considering she was important enough to be in an old intro for the show, I would say the chances are good we will see her again.
I hope so, though I don't think she would be the mysterious woman.
@@tracymurray6840 Actually it would make sense and bring things full circle. Think about it. Every time the writers had brought her back there have been major changes to the VB status quo. Especially starting from season 3 or 4. Her appearances have caused great changes (good and bad). Combine that with most of the OSI covering up her death, even from some of the other operatives and you can see that she might just come back as an agent of chaos/change. One final appearance to bring her story to an end.

Where are you getting the gender for Force Majeure? As far as I can tell there's never been any gendered reference to them, and they're exclusively referred to by name or title.
I like the idea of the original Hank and Dean still being extant, but that also seems really unlikely to me. It's true nobody has ever specifically said the originals are dead, but the context of Doc's conversation with Orpheus way back in season 2 suggests (to me) that the clone sloughs were very specifically created because the originals died. That was also such a great explanation for how Hank & Dean kept blundering through their adventures without injury. They didn't have dumb luck, their amoral super-scientist father just treated their constant dying like an engineering problem.
It's a guess on the gender, because they aren't stated as any gender. Yeah they probably weren't thinking of this stuff in season 2, but we all know how they love their twists.
Wait, if Dr. Venture helped the Blue Morpho have a child by getting his wife pregnant (hinted at in the show) and the Blue Morpho married Dr. Venture’s forgotten sister, wouldn’t that make the Monarch an incest baby?

I still wanna see more about doc's clones and Dean being superhuman because of the nanobots. Also I feel kinda robbed by what happened when White killed Jonas right after he said Rusty. Also Jonas having a sister is a huge stretch since the treaty of tolerance happened and Jonas was there with both leaders.
Also I wanna see what hank's hover wheel did to him, we hear the side effects earlier and it seems to only really work with prolonged exposure since Dean doesn't have any of the side-effects but Hank does

I've said it in other comments, I'll say it here: The last 'Venture Brother' to be revealed is going to be Billy 'Quizboy' Whelan.
1) His mom was a stone-cold fox who was at least some sort of super-agent
2) His mom knew at least two members of Team Venture since the 60s, and her crime-fighting partner was, shall way say, disinclined, to help her out on the procreation front. Ina ddition, Action Man didn't seal the deal until "All This and Gargantua-2" in season 6
3) Despite all of this backstory, there is no mention of who his father actually is
4) His deformity could have been corrected by the original Doc Venture, but also provides the basis for a super-intellect (it's possible he was a 'first draft' of Doc Venture trying to make a son, but ROse took him even though he was imperfect; her 'Little Water Baby')
5) He has the signature red hair of Doc Venture, which is also passed to Malcom/The Monarch, Rusty, and Dean.
6) He's around the same age as both Malcolm/The Monarch and Rusty
7) It would explain why the OSI would have been tracking him when he was tossed off of the quiz circuit and subsequently lost his hand (they may also reveal that it was Hunter who tipped the quiz show to Pete White's answer scam, prompting the flight into underground matches; he needed someone who "fit the profile" - who better than a member of the extended Venture clan?)
It answers so many questions about Team Venture, The Hand of Fate, how he ended up with Pete White, and why he was obsessed with the Rusty Venture show, even though his mom knew Team Venture personally (when she retired to raise her son, she hid the fact that she was Triple Threat from him).
It also explains why she thought (mistakenly) that Pete White was her son's gay lover - as she was probably blindsided by her partner Jass' "crush opponent" of Action Man ('The Devil's Grip'), and probably why Action Man couldn't get any traction with her for over 40 years - if Jass was his "crush", was he also (gasp) a homosexual? If you think this theory is odd, remember that Hank convinced her he was a juvenile delinquent that could be set straight by "listening to show tunes" and a quiet dinner with her and Action Man...

My predictions are as follows. Dean and Hank find mum. She helps them set them straight, and they finally find their own paths in life. I still believe Dean goes into super science. Not because of Rusty, but because professor von Hellfire. He saves the company with the crazy invention. Hank, finally joins the OSI. Just dating myself here, but I hope Triana a fully realized necromancer in her own right meets Dean again. They hit it off and get together. Maybe Hank and Sarina get back together. But ultimately, I think everyone will find their own path in lives.
Triana is already happy with Raven as a lover, I don't think Dean's gonna try it again with Triana.

I've been pretty sure for a long time that the Monarch's mom is the Blue Morpho and Jonas was still the father. I don't think that's what'll end up being what happened now what with a movie as the finale and all. Still, I think Dr. Zee's testimony that he did everything with him while thinking he was a woman is the big hint. Just surprised I've not seen this brought up as even a joke theory.
I have heard that before. I would be down for that and it would explain why Blue couldn't give his wife a kid. Maybe he was intersexed and didn't know. It would be in Jonas's messed up head to do something like that to Blue
