@@patton3338 I honestly feel like it's a great way to show his character growth. I still remember Monarch from back in season 1 and 2, where he woudl take accountability for absolutely nothing, putting everything in jeaporady just to prove a point (even if he technically was right about a few things). Now we have a Monarch who is able to catch himself a bit better and admit to smaller faults and just move on from them.

This scene more or less is a picture perfect example of “those 2 guys” that venture bro excelled at
I do love how Gary went from the guy who bought a lightsaber at Dr Venture's yard sale to Number 2 to the fucking Monarch, and he's basically the only henchman he could ever need. So badass, and still a supergeek.
You could go insane trying to list all the "2 guys acting like a couple of bros" in the show... It might even be the main point of the show.
That's because the creators are "those two guys."

It's like having G.I. Joes in a world where everything is technically a knock-off. I very much see the Sphinx commander fielding the argument, _in the same high pitched screechy voice as Cobra Commander,_ that "WE ARE *NOTHING* LIKE COBRA FROM G.I. JOES! *LOOK!* SPHYNX! *_SPHYNX!"_*
21 is the dude that gets to fire the death star laser without fear of blowing up a whole planet.
He's just helping a dude go out and "play pretend," a dude he has both grown to admire and become accepted by as a friend, to get back at an a-hole his buddy feels did him wrong.

A couple is two, a few is 3-4, several is 5-11, a dozen is 12 and "about a dozen" is 10-14, a lot is 15-30, and anything more than that is many. And if it's over a hundred it's "a whole heck of a lot", or "very many"- those two are interchangeable.

Monarch never really had any friends initially. Too busy getting any potential buddies killed (Most of the time by Accident).

I'm not an Native English speaker but a Couple feels like it's more than a few in most cases its used.

Some of the mannerisms, definitely, but the voice less so imo.

Commination? Yeah, it's a great word, but I always understood it as divine retribution or the threat of deserved vengeance. The use of it in this context is amusing, as it implies Red fully believes they have it coming. It's actually really fitting for the character.
Culmination isn't some rare obsolete word.
I'm actually confused by the idea that a bunch of intelligent people /don't/ know what it means.

The logo wouldn't be that bad if the wings connected at the bottom. That way you get a hole, instead of an outline.
Thats not as sharp of a logo though.

They could have easily gone through the logo if it was just large enough for the center part to house them. Way to improve on the Spider-Signal and ruin it over nothing.

I still don’t know why they got rid of 24 he can blend into the scene seamlessly between these two commentary.
Doc Hammer was struggling to do the voice. You can hear it getting less good in season 3. And honestly I think it would be kinda crowded. They already have to shaft characters constantly and Monarch lost his henchmen and Dr. Mrs. The Monarch, so they have the dynamic duo thing going on.
If they hadn't, Gay wouldn't have had character development. By losing his best friend, he was able to improve himself and gained a new best friend. In stories, losing someone dear to a character either sparks a downfall for the character or a sudden drive to be strong.
