I honestly wanna thank Camilla for literally talking about her breakfast being at 11-12 in the day cause thats literally when i personally eat my first meal due to feeling sick in the morning. Seriously love how she addresses food and teaches us the importance of normal body things!! Thank you Camilla!! this really made my day and came at the exact right time in my life - I've been struggling with my relationship with food a bit more again after being pretty good for about 1.5 years. The thing is that I have always dreamt of having visible abs and want to work on this goal but without it being this toxic thing around food and bad body image, because at the end of the day I just want to feel strong, perform the best I can in my sport (volleyball) and just be happy and healthy. So the thing you said at the very end about thinking what you can eat instead of what you can't really opened my eyes and I'm trying to do that now, thanks so much!

It looks soooo good! As a french person we're used to bread and croissants/pain au chocolat if we're a bit fancy with some jam or chocolate, and like coffee or supermarket cereals, but honestly I've always been soo bloated and hungry after only two hours, it was horrible when i was at school, my stomach is really sensitive too so it didn't help. But since living on my own and following you guys I've started to eat differently, at the moment I'm making avocado toats and oats mixed with oat (or hazelnut) milk, some bananas and dark chocolate in it, and not only am i full for the whole morning but also not bloated and feeling more energetic ☺️
This is so amazing! And super easy! I have like SO much oats that I haven't known what to do with, but you make it so simple and fun and eating to not be so challenging!❤

All of these recipes look AMAZING. I didn't even finish the video before I made my own granola!! And that's good too! I like that it's not overly sweet so when I add fruits and honey to my yogurt, it'll be a good balance. I LOVE eating eggs for breakfast and that sandwich is such a great idea. Thank you thank you!

ive recently been on a grits kick where I've been having a bowl of cheese grits every morning with sausage, eggs, gravy, and potatoes it sounds like a lot but its so good. its a traditional breakfast food in the south of America where I'm from and its such a comfort food. i love it so much. also i love big breakfasts. they're my favorite. esp when you can have fruit and a nice glass of milk. ugh so good. you should really make them. they're super super easy just boil 4x the water as grits and then add grits and stir with a whisk until like this gooey / clumpy texture unless you want them to be more watery and then add cheese or butter and salt and pepper to your liking (though i definitely prefer the cheese version)
also thank you for helping me fix my relationship with food having you around as reminders to love myself and give myself grace helps me a lot. also representation of having a belly but still being healthy and fit really has helped me cope with my own body image issues.

These were amazing !!! I'm a huge breakfast person but I never know what else to make besides porridge or sweet things like creppes, but then I don'y really wanna eat creppes in the morning. So these are perfect ! I'm not two days post-jaw surgery so I can't eat anything non-liquid in a while but excited to try once I can. I'd absolutely love more breakfast options and maybe also easy quick snacks, especially ones you can whip out quickly with minimum ingredients when that afternoon sweetooth cravings hit.
I’m in the southeastern US and my favorite breakfasts are toast with a spread and fried or hard boiled eggs, and baked oatmeal. Today I didn’t feel like having eggs, so I had toasts with vegan cashew ricotta (leftover from another recipe), “caramelized” bananas (sliced and cooked with honey), and blueberries with a little cinnamon.
Baked oatmeal is such a good option for a quick make-ahead breakfast. I usually pour almond milk over it and microwave it so it doesn’t get too dry.
I grew up eating either cold cereal with milk or microwaved instant oatmeal, but as an adult, I rarely eat cereal and if I do buy it, I tend to eat it as a treat/dessert food.

I really enjoy watching your videos and I learn a lot. I am an education assistant in a kindergarten class. For breakfast before work and on the weekends I usually have a bowl of cereal. This consists of, vanilla yogurt, pumpkin seeds, raisins, 2% milk, and cereal.

Love the food ideas Camilla!❤ my suggestion for next video is snacks ideas to prepack for college/uni or just work that are lunchbox friendly. This semester I have classes until 10pm so at 6-7pm i get sooo hungry but i don't want to buy like chips or sugary cookies as a snack but thats like whats available at uni.
